Beautiful house with private interior courtyard in a stunning Italian lakefront village. The two rooms are separate and one included a master bathroom (bathroom within the room) and the other had a balcony with extra sleeping beds and a TV (great for the kids). The kitchen on the ground floor was well equipped and had direct access to a private courtyard. Overall we would like to stay here again, and also see the town in a warmer season (original visit was winter).
Featuring quiet street views, Epicuro guest house in Somma Lombardo provides accommodations and a shared lounge.

Beautifully finished apartment in the heart of the central area of Somma Lombardo. My host was very helpful and check in and out was easy. I parked in the train station lot a few blocks away, but understand there may have been closer options. Excellent restaurants in easy walking distance and the castle is 2 blocks away, though it is only open for tours on Sunday afternoons.
A due passi dal Castello enjoys a location in Somma Lombardo, 25 miles from Monticello Golf Club and 27 miles from Mendrisio Station.

Everything, the location is incredible. Tucked away near to the castle but convenient for walking around town or catching the train. Very near to the airport.
The accomodation is impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished.
The best part are the owners, who are so kind and accommodating that it's a shame anyone visits Italy and doesn't get to meet them. They were so helpful to me when I needed help finding things in town and so kind and lovely at every turn. Providing great recommendations and assistance.
I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Count yourself a lucky duck if you stay here.

Beautifully finished new 2-story townhouse with front and back yards. Owner was very helpful when Google Maps was confused in locating the property. Off street parking spot right by the entry. Private and quiet location. This is just outside Somma Lombardo center, so easy to navigate.
L'oasi nel bosco offers accommodations in Somma Lombardo, 15 miles from Monastero di Torba and 16 miles from Villa Panza. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.
We had a wonderful lunch at Bar Enoteca. The owners could not have been nicer, and although they spoke little English, we communicated well. The wife made us wonderful sandwiches and her husband pulled out a map of Italy and was telling us about local wines. They were delightful! We had great gelato afterward right across the street but can't.

I'm sure it is a nice place for someone that likes peace, nature, woods, etc, as this place was in the middle of nowhere in from of a dam.
Unfortunately, I needed convenience, and expeditions service as I only need to relax for the night before heading to the airport at 5:00 AM.
Because you are in the woods, there are no restaurants or anything else, and you can only reach this location by car.

It is a small town next to the Malpensa Airport (the main Milan airport).
This place is suitable for flights connections, not really a touristic place to visit unless you are crossing the alps (Switzerland) and you need to stop one night to take a break.

My stay in Somma Lombardo was only overnight as I was flying back to Australia the next day from Malpensa. The village is in an quaint, upscale area with plenty of greenery & some nice restaurants.

This was a beautiful last night in Italy.
This was a beautiful last night in Italy. Our room was not quite ready when we arrived and the very accommodating reception staff offered us beverages and gelato while we waited for a brief time. Staff was exceptionally friendly and was graciously patient with our basic Italian. The location was quiet, relaxing, and authentic (not the least bit touristy). Dinner was the best meal we had in Italy; mozzarella made on the premises from their own cow's milk, vegetables from their garden, steak from cows they had raised. Contrary to other reviews I have read, the prices were unbelievably fair for the quality of the food presented and compared with prices in the city. The accommodations were simple but comfortable. The free shuttle to Malpensa was prompt and efficient. It took less than fifteen minutes to get there.
This booking was my first time in a BnB. I must say it was an exceptional experience.
Angela is a very warm and friendly host. From the moment I arrived, she ensured I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The apartment is very clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the garden views because it was a relaxing time off for me. Everywhere smelled clean and fresh.
In addition, she was very kind to take me to the airport and train stations in Somma Lombardo.
I will definitely visit again soon.
It was our first night in Italy and Angela, the owner, arranged our shuttle from the airport. After we settled in, we went to her restaurant for dinner, and it was delicious. The apartment was clean and modern. There was coffee and a simple breakfast in the kitchen for us the next morning. She also took us to the train station the next morning and helped us navigate our first train ride. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I only wished we had stayed longer!
We had a very early flight out of Malpensa so we needed an easy place to stay by the airport. The building was pretty basic from the outside but oh my gosh what a nice surprise when we stepped in. Stylish, tons of room, nice touches like lotions and a quick breakfast all ready to go. Very comfy beds, great shower. A really nice finish to our Italy trip. Elena also made our self check-I’m super easy, and there was a restaurant a quick walk away. Awesome! Good a/c too.
Excellent experience and communication. The owner helped us to arrange all we needed after our delayed flight landed at Malpensa. Dinner was arranged for us and delivered to Azienda (we paid ourselves obviously for the dinner) and also transport from and to airport was arranged for us for some extra (reasonable) costs. Everything was so smooth-going and we enjoyed our last night in Italy very much.
This is a lovely place, if a little quirky. It's really a cross between a Guesthouse and a Hotel. I was greeted by Flavia, the owner, who was a delight, couldn't do enough for you, and shown to a really nice, spacious and clean room, accessed from an outside balcony. Everything worked exactly as it should. Internet was fast and reliable. Parking is very secure - in a private gated parking area.
The room was very clean, great for staying after or before flight. We paid 30€ for a ride in the night and 20€ in the morning. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially the lady at the cafe that welcomed us warmly and offered us a cake along with the coffee. A great start for our trip in Italy!
15 min by hotel shuttle from Malpensa airport, we slept 1 night, had a solid breakfast, and in the morning we returned to the airport with the hotel shuttle (20 euros one way for 3 people) The room had 3 single beds, not much space, clean room and bathroom, no refrigerator. Staff helpful
I like that it is close to the airport
Very friendly staff, accommodating, they also helped me book all my taxis which is hard sometimes in that area
Brand new hotel, very comfortable and quiet
And nice restaurant Stefano the waiter was great
Thank you!!!!!
Very convenient for the airport, much preferred it than an airport hotel. We arrived late (midnight) and this was no trouble, we were able to access our room. Loved the horses and the donkeys! One had been born overnight the night that we stayed!
The staff were wonderful - especially Pietro and the driver Tiziano. The location is completely serene and perfect to get away from civilisation from a while. Close enough to Somma Lombardo, Varese and Milan for day trips.
The rooms are spacious and full of light.
Walking to the shops and the city centre is easy.
Friendly staff and quiet location.
I also really like Somma Lombardo, friendly people in a cute little Italian town :)
The only good thing I can say about it is that if you come to Milano Malpensa airport late at night they have 24/7 shuttle to hotel that you can arrange if you call them for 10 euros per capita
Perfect place to oversleep before early morning flight or after late landing. Pleasant little garden. Somma Lombardo is a nice sleepy town worth seeing after/before visit of lively Milan.
We stayed in this hotel for a night just to be close to the airport. A bit farther than what I expected but they offer free shuttle from/to airport, so no issue with transportation.
An unexpectedly pleasant break from travel in cozy hotel. Hotel 10 minutes from the airport , in a beautiful area , clean and warm room, excellent Wi-Fi, free shuttle service.
