The host was very friendly and helpful! Room was perfect for 3 guests. The bed arrangement is very neat. The kid doesn't sleep beside you on a sofa - his sofa is around the corner so you kinda have two separate rooms. Comfy beds and pillows. The bathroom was great too. Breakfast was very good and varied. The lake view was gorgeous! The birds were singing!

Everything was just perfect. It felt like a luxury stay. As an example, as soon as we arrived they came to pick us up with umbrellas due to the rainy weather. We absolutely loved our stay.
The property is very charming, with it’s rustic feel and rolling hills surrounding it, we definitely wished we could have stayed longer. It is easily accessible by car and restaurants are within less than a 10 minute drive but you get to enjoy the lovely Tuscan countryside.
The hosts Grazia and Oscar are very nice and lovely to chat with. Everything is done with a lot of care and a lot of attention is given to everything that is prepared for the breakfast/brunch and is locally sourced.
Their pets are very cute.

The space is very comfortable, well equipped and clean. It is very central within Sinalunga, with a beatiful Piazza just on the door. The host left a book with several tips to restaurants and short trips. Sinalunga is about 30 minutes or less from several intersting places in Toscany, such as Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and Pienza. There are free parking spots close to the apartment. Definately would come back to La Piazza.
Everything about this trip was incredible. The old multilevel house, the spacious and comfortable apartment, views from the windows, the kitchen with everything you need for cooking or dining, the beautiful town of Sinalunga, the hills and valleys around it, world class art in small town museums, the restaurants, and last, but not least, the host herself, the most helpful and accessible I have ever met. The house was so beautiful and everything was so clean, smelled so good and was so soft, like the towels and bathrobe. The host was the best. She was so sweet and gave us a feeling like we came home. The breakfast was delicious, a lot of homemade dishes. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves here and will remeber this house and the host forever. It was one of our highlights from our magical trip to Tuscany.
A great value! Accommodations are light, bright, clean and comfortable. AC worked really well even in a heatwave during August. Breakfast was plentiful! Free parking on site. Owners are kind and accommodating. Great place to stay if you are touring Tuscany. It was the perfect location to stay the night after spending the entire day in Montalcino and make it easy to get to Cortona in the morning.
The facilities are impeccable and the service/support provided by Alessia is outstanding (e.g., recommending local restaurants and making reservations, answering questions, suggesting places to visit in the area , etc., all to ensure an enjoyable time). Beautiful house and grounds, very centrally located for making day trips throughout Tuscany and Umbria. Highly recommended!

Sinalunga , the apartment is wonderfully situated, the house is surrounded by a large yard with a beautiful view. The owners are very nice. The apartment has everything necessary. Clean swimming pool with sunbeds, by the olives trees, when you swim you can enjoy the views. The homemade oil of olives in the appartment was a nice suprice. I highly recommend.
This was an absolutely amazing experience! Wonderful hosts at a lovely Tuscan farmhouse. Better than we could have imagined. We also loved the tour of the gardens and meeting all the animals! We would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a very nicely updated and clean historic Tuscan farmhouse!
It was the best! Marcela is perfect host. Apartment is really well equiped. It has everything what you can imagine. The city is typical tuscanian city. Neighours were also nice. Perfect parking. We loved the patio as our kid was able to be outside while still in the appartment. Totally recommend.

Gorgeous location just outside Sinalunga so we felt like we were in the Italian countryside and yet only 8 minutes drive into town. Definitely need a car! The owners were so very welcoming. And there is A/C which isn’t always the case.
The location is within the old town of Sinalunga and it is picturesque. The property itself is way below standards. We did choose the property because of its location.
