San Benedetto is great for two or three nights if you want to relax on beach … keep in mind July august super busy…good restaurants need reservations … I believe what is a 4 star hotel is really 3 stars by standards of other hotels in Italy / Europe … but they have a fun evening scene … bike paths down a long promenade to ride is fun … if your not Italian you will feel like a tourist !!!

Apartment was modern and functional. Clean and in the centre of the town.
Terrace on the side of the bedroom too small and on a busy pedestrianised road.
Downfall, no free parking and if you arrive on a Friday morning there is a market, so even worse.
But that's not a huge problem in my book.
I would recommend it.

I went during the off season so not so many people and the...
I went during the off season so not so many people and the chalets on the beaches were closed, which I knew and which I expected so there was no disappointment there. The beaches are beautiful. The city center is quaint and there is a lot of activity in the evenings--people walking around, restaurants, bars, etc. The pier is lovely for walking along as well and there are several pedestrian paths that are along the sea. People are friendly and the food is fantastic!

Clean area. The Lungomare was very nice and the white sand beaches. We watched kite surfers for a while and walked on the beach. There was also the possibility of renting bicycles and going on a promenade. They have bicycle pistes on the lungomare. A lot of restaurants to chose from too.

I called the desk multiple times. They said they would send some one up to check it out. No one ever came to my room. When i called the 4 th time screaming at them they said the man checkwd the wifi in the hall outside my room and it was fine. True BUT I wanted wifi IN my room as advertised. They never resolved my problem I asked sor a refund and got nothing. I definitely DI NOT RECOMMEND!

Typical Italian beach town - a very long waterfront dominated by pay-to-lay sun loungers and small independent cafe/bar/restaurants. The town centre, such as it is, doesn't really have any nightlife options but is perfectly serviceable for food shopping.

Well maintained facility with a nice pool and delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable and, with the nice weather, we used the room's terrace. Pool side service was great; all staff were helpful. The hotel is a few blocks walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. It is nice that the hotel had bikes available, though we did not use them. There is a l8ng bikeway along the beach. As it is October, we found the quiet setting a pleasure.
Everything was perfect. we enjoyed so much. good size room, comfortable bed. very nice breakfast. very clean. all the staff are so nice, always ready to help you. My special thanks to the reception ladies(sorry I don’t remember their names) they help us a lot with last minute requests. the hotel is well located, easy access to everywhere. 2 min walk to the beach with nice spot with chair and parasol free.
Absolutely horrible nightmare. Hotel was hard to find, and when with the help of strangers we finally found it, the door was looked and nobody was there. With limited to nothing Italian we finally found a closed bar where apparently owner kept the key. Then finding parking was another story. With the help of local police, four blocks away we parked our car. It is not a full story.
There was much to like but I particularly appreciated the care that was shown for my dog who received her own little welcome pack. Otherwise, the location was perfect, opposite the beach. Breakfast catered for all tastes. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. And we were each given delightful posters on our departure - which will definitely be framed and hung on my wall!
Welcoming and helpful staff, very clean facilities, great location (even if we were on the second floor we could see the sea from our room), abundant and delicious breakfast. I personally appreciated the attention to the environment that this hotel has (from energy saving facilities, brand new appliances, recycling bins all over the building).

The hotel is in a great location. The pool is a great size. The room is small but has a great size balcony with a place to hang your clothes. The breakfast was good too.
