Well maintained facility with a nice pool and delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable and, with the nice weather, we used the room's terrace. Pool side service was great; all staff were helpful. The hotel is a few blocks walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. It is nice that the hotel had bikes available, though we did not use them. There is a l8ng bikeway along the beach. As it is October, we found the quiet setting a pleasure.

San Benedetto del Tronto is overpriced of at least 30% moneys worth-value did not meet my expectancies. A special mention to the restaurant owners, do not con people into believing you have top quality materials when in reality you know you are not serving true genuine Italian food but prepared sauces and frozen fish. I did encounter 1 on 10 good restaurants which I did appreciate but still 30% overpriced for its worth value.

San Benedetto is great for two or three nights if you want...
San Benedetto is great for two or three nights if you want to relax on beach … keep in mind July august super busy…good restaurants need reservations … I believe what is a 4 star hotel is really 3 stars by standards of other hotels in Italy / Europe … but they have a fun evening scene … bike paths down a long promenade to ride is fun … if your not Italian you will feel like a tourist !!!

Apartment was modern and functional. Clean and in the centre of the town.
Terrace on the side of the bedroom too small and on a busy pedestrianised road.
Downfall, no free parking and if you arrive on a Friday morning there is a market, so even worse.
But that's not a huge problem in my book.
I would recommend it.

I went during the off season so not so many people and the chalets on the beaches were closed, which I knew and which I expected so there was no disappointment there. The beaches are beautiful. The city center is quaint and there is a lot of activity in the evenings--people walking around, restaurants, bars, etc. The pier is lovely for walking along as well and there are several pedestrian paths that are along the sea. People are friendly and the food is fantastic!

Clean area. The Lungomare was very nice and the white sand beaches. We watched kite surfers for a while and walked on the beach. There was also the possibility of renting bicycles and going on a promenade. They have bicycle pistes on the lungomare. A lot of restaurants to chose from too.

I called the desk multiple times. They said they would send some one up to check it out. No one ever came to my room. When i called the 4 th time screaming at them they said the man checkwd the wifi in the hall outside my room and it was fine. True BUT I wanted wifi IN my room as advertised. They never resolved my problem I asked sor a refund and got nothing. I definitely DI NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellent location across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Beautiful roof top area with views, spa services / hydra jets. Friendly and helpful staff., including beach staff.
Good salads/pastas available at the beach bar for reasonable prices. One of the first times I have seen no smoking allowed on the beach-, cannot thank the hotel enough for this ! It was such a pleasure to finally enjoy the beach/sun with fresh breeze and no toxic smoke.

the location is incredible, couldn’t be more perfect, close to the train station, restaurants and the beach. Top quality for a two star hotel, way better than some three star hotels I’ve been to.
The beach is directly across the road and a wonderful way to spend the day relaxing.
The lunch snack boxes that can be ordered from reception were absolutely fantastic.
Breakfast is delicious with really yummy pancakes.
