The room with balcony is spacious and has a partial view to the lake. Breakfast was nice, not many options but good quality. The staff is great, we were celebrating a birthday and they arranged a little surprise during breakfast.

The hotel is situated next to Lake Como. Close to Colico Train Station and the boat ferry station is in front of the hotel. The staff are very helpful especially Renzo. My room has a nice lake view. The breakfast was good.
