The room was spacious and very clean. We had reserved a room with two twin beds and they had to change our room twice because the first two rooms they gave us had a double bed. However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to a very early departure. The hotel is down the street from the metro stop and there were several restaurants within walking distance.

We didn't try the breakfast. The room was facing the street which was a little loud at times but not too bad. Location was amazing. Close to the train station and shops and restaurants. Bed was extremely comfortable.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes. Just note train does run direct into St Lucia Station however not trains from 10.17am until 11.47am. Not sure why. The train ride is less than 30 minutes and quite comfortable. Very safe.

The area is very quaint with cobbled streets and lots of areas that are pedestrianised. There are plenty of traditional restaurants suitable for everyones pocket. The walks along the canals are delightful and worth spending time exploring the areas surrounding the canals.
Lovely hotel, staff is very helpful! perfect location to get to Venice(around 25 min by train, no changes, you going straight to Venice! very convenient ) Hotel is very close to the train station, just a few minutes. The hotel is new, clean, the bed linen is very soft, very comfortable pillows and mattresses. Hotel kindly organised a transfer for us to the Treviso airport (which is 15 min from the hotel), we are very grateful for that!

The house of Rina is a very high quality B&B. There was plenty of parking and a secure location for my bike. My room was a very good size with an excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very good, both were immaculately clean.
Rina and Dario are excellent hosts and I really enjoyed our conversations. Breakfast was very good, Rina kindly prepared a toastie and eggs for me. Highly recommended.

Ugo, the host, was very friendly. He offered us a touristic maps of Venice and Treviso, always was willing to help and welcomed us very nice.
The location of the apartment is really great, because it's not fa from autostrada, so it's easy to go anywhere from there.
My stay was really great. Owner was superfriendly and helpful. The room was very clean, bed really comfortable (i want pillows like that in my home :D). Small wonderful details, like make-up removal pads, extra heater, tea in your room. From treviso you can take a bus, that takes you almost to the b&b. I will definetely come here again :)
The host is very friendly and takes good care of his guests. He'd contacted us to find out what time we will arrive and waited for us as we arrived late to Preganziol, helped us to take the luggage to our room and even allow late check out the following day. Great place for a short stay!
The hotel was clean and the rooms of an acceptable nature. The Staff were good and the hotel management has apologised for the shortcomings during our stay which is a good thing. They are planning to change many of the things we pointed out as issues so this should be lauded.
Cozy hotel with older furniture, but everything was perfectly clean. The room has everything you could need. The staff is very kind and flexible, you can also request breakfast. There is a large shopping center nearby. You can park for free in the yard. Great choice!
The hotel is located at about 100m from San Trovaso station, and about 4 Km from Treviso Central which connects to the Treviso Airport.
From there you can easily take the train to Venezia Mestre and Venezia S.Lucia, which is about a 35 minutes ride.
