The room was spacious and very clean. We had reserved a room with two twin beds and they had to change our room twice because the first two rooms they gave us had a double bed. However, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were unable to enjoy the breakfast due to a very early departure. The hotel is down the street from the metro stop and there were several restaurants within walking distance.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes. Just note train does run direct into St Lucia Station however not trains from 10.17am until 11.47am. Not sure why. The train ride is less than 30 minutes and quite comfortable. Very safe.

The area is very quaint with cobbled streets and lots of areas that are pedestrianised. There are plenty of traditional restaurants suitable for everyones pocket. The walks along the canals are delightful and worth spending time exploring the areas surrounding the canals.
I actually stayed at this property for 8 days. I found it charming and in a good location. The hotel is located near a rail station, supermarket, and pharmacy. The rail station, which is about a 3 minute walk, leads to into Venice (35-minute ride) and the center of the city. For this reason, it is a great option for people traveling on a budget who want to explore Venice or Treviso. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is quiet.
The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and spacious.
Facilities are exactly the same as per description and offering on website. Stefano, very helpful and generous person, he arranged our check-in well before the usual check-in time as per our request. Property is located near to bus station and 10 mins walking distance from train station Preganziol. It is very convienent to access Venice and Treviso Airport from this location. 2 mins walk for Supermarket. Restaurants and cafeteria near by.

We travelled with a one year old. Staff were very accommodating, cot was made up on arrival. Baby seats available in the restaurant, and she loved the pool!
We easily got to Venice centre by bus which was directly outside the hotel. And got the train back which was around a 20 minute walk to the hotel. There is a cafe, pizzeria, and a huge supermarket you can walk too from the hotel.
It's a very beautiful apartment. It has an interesting interior. It is very big and comfortable. Very-very big, really.
Ugo, the host, was very friendly. He offered us a touristic maps of Venice and Treviso, always was willing to help and welcomed us very nice.
The location of the apartment is really great, because it's not fa from autostrada, so it's easy to go anywhere from there.
Lara B&B located in Preganziol it's only 5 minute by car to Treviso and 20 minute from Mestre, once in Mestre you can be in Venice downtown by train (1.35€ one way ticket) in 10 minute

The host is very friendly and takes good care of his guests. He'd contacted us to find out what time we will arrive and waited for us as we arrived late to Preganziol, helped us to take the luggage to our room and even allow late check out the following day. Great place for a short stay!
The location is very convenient, easy to reach by car from Treviso airport. The hotel is in a green area and is very quiet. The room was spacious and the bed was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was basic, but good, and the food in the restaurant was also tasty for dinner.
The hotel is located at about 100m from San Trovaso station, and about 4 Km from Treviso Central which connects to the Treviso Airport.
From there you can easily take the train to Venezia Mestre and Venezia S.Lucia, which is about a 35 minutes ride.
Good place to start visiting cities around: Venice, Padova, Treviso. Railway station nearby. Many connection trains to Venice and Treviso. Close to motorway exit. Private parking under the roof. Quiet and friendly location.
The owner was kind enough to stay up until 11:30 pm to welcome us! we arrived into Treviso airport on a late flight. other bb's would not agree to stay after 8 for us. breakfast was very Italian and very good.
It was very good, furniture and style was very “Italian”. It looked old but in a good way. Everything was very clean. They have a lot of places for parking so it also was very nice. The breakfast was great!
