The dinners there were great. Breakfast was probably OK for Italian purposes, but the Austrian/German buffet set-ups a bit more diverse.

Poppi is a very small town, and incredibly quiet.
Poppi is a very small town, and incredibly quiet. If you like a nice escape to a pretty, quiet, medieval town, then Poppi is fantastic. Great location to visit the National Park, and not too far from Florence and Siena if you wanted to visit these cities but stay more remote.
A very beautiful house/villa with separate appartments and social room, a large pool and a huge garden. There are magnifique views at Poppi, which you can reach within a few minutes by foot.
In the garden and the house there are many great details in old Tuscan style.
We had enough space for our big family ( parents, children, grandchildren) and everything we needed and more from a separate laundry room to our own vine cellar. We enjoyed our stay in the extraordinarely beautiful estate.

The hotel is part of the castle, opening the windows and seeing the beautiful fields of Tuscany - felt like prince and princess sleeping over :)

The units are immaculate and so professionally finished. Guests want for nothing. Ricardo is the perfect host. The location is superb and this traveler enjoyed walks as well as the sights of nearby Poppi. Unforgettable.
Very close to the castle of Poppi and one of the main squares, with a super nice bar. Great view of the surrounding area and the Tuscan mountains. We had dinner there, in the garden, and the food was amazing.
Beautiful place, clean and comfortable, surrounded by beautiful views of Tuscany. Just a 10 minute walk up the road to the old town of Poppi and the castle. Staff was very helpful. Pool was perfect.
Great location just at the bottom of the hill to Poppi. Parking was easy and the breakfast and WIFI were good. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend if going to Poppi for a visit.
