Really nice people and clean place, a bus to Venice is right out of the door.(40 min to arrive)
Parking is in front, do not listen to the strange reviews here that you "need to cross a dangerous road", it is a bit ridicules, the parking is literally 2 seconds in front of the hotel in a road with no cars.
