Great location...walked to the airport for our flight. There is a path and it took 20 minutes. Walked all over the village and had a great Italian dinner. There is a mall you can walk to if you want to kill time.

The host was good and communicated easily with us via WhatsApp. He helped us with our late arrival and our plane was further delayed so we didn't get to the guesthouse until after midnight!
We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the pool.

Perfect place, super clean, cosy apartment. Easy communication with the friendly host, contactless check-in with clear instructions. There is a direct bus connection with Bergamo, the bus stop is in 200m. Also walking distance to the airport ca 25 min.

No chance to check in before 3pm unless you play €49. We had to do the paperwork to check-in twice , even though we told the receptionist, that we had already done it.

We spent an evening here before our flight. There are a few restaurants to choose from. We ate at
La Rustica as wanted something casual. They have a huge pizza menu and a wood fired oven and had a delicious pizza to share, along with a few glasses of delicious wine. The family run restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, where you can chat & relax and we got a shot of Limoncello after eating. It was a lovely end to our holiday before getting our flight home

We arrived in the middle of night and could not find a easy way to walk there as easy as it was in the daylight next day. so we took a taxi. But all explanations about the apartment and picking up the keys were very good. Our stay was just to short for a proper review, only overnight.

Ideally situated for the airport. On arrival we walked (it's around 10 minutes), then took the shuttle bus for departure next morning as we had a very early flight. The room itself was of a very good standard. No hesitation in recommending.

This hotel is located almost across the street from the airport. But at the same time it is quiet, clean and cozy. The staff is attentive and responsive. We arrived at three in the morning and got a little lost looking for the hotel due to road construction. The receptionist told us in great detail how to get there: he answered our call at 3 am!!! Breakfast is a buffet in a small restaurant - very tasty and homely. There is a vegan option for breakfast!
I recommend this hotel to everyone who arrives at night and needs to wait for morning transport to Milan. Or a lot of time between planes.
What I would like to improve: to have disposable slippers in the rooms.
And that there would be discounts for accommodation if the stay at the hotel is less than half a day (we arrived at the hotel at 3 am and left at 8 am on the same day, but paid as a full day).

Dirty towel was left behind in the bathroom. Found Hole in the sheets when we uncovered the beds and the smell in the room was unpleasant. Had booked an early flight and a bus ride with the hotel was asked to be at reception 20 minutes before hand the bus came late in the morning that made us all rush up to the airport that morning.
Location: Bus stops within a few minutes walk to get to the train station, Citta Alta, the Oriocenter shopping centre and the airport. The Airport is also within walking distance, mostly on a safe footpath.
Staff: Excellent communication, good instructions to find the property and get inside.
Accommodation: Very clean, water, coffee and tea provided
It's a perfect stay having an early flight from Bergamo airport. It near the airport and you can book a transfer so it takes like 7minutes to go from airport. The staff was very kind. We booked two rooms so one had a balcony, another - a bathtub (like a jacuzzi) in the middle of the room, so this was a very nice experience to get unique rooms.
Very clean!!! the hosts are very nice and welcoming. we had an early flight and the place is about 5 minutes from the airport by car. Bergamo is very close to the apartment, about 5 minutes by car and it’s a very nice city to visit and have lunch. also there is a very good pizzeria ( 2 minutes walk) that we could eat at night.

Great accommodation for a family stay, even though I stayed alone and just for one night. Conveniently located at 20-30 minutes walking distance from Bergamo Airport. Breakfast was not provided, but instead of that the host welcomed me with some snacks and tea/coffee/water.
Very helpful with dinner recommendations (amazing trattoria), driver instructions (when we went to address in Bergamo instead of Orio al Serio), and ordering airport shuttle for 4:25am. Room was comfortable, cool, and very convenient to BGY for early departure.

Everything was perfect! The room is very clean, super beautiful. It is not far from the airport, the hotel staff offers shuttle bus to the airport for a fair fee. The staff was really nice and helped us getting to the airport.
