Hotel is in a fantastic condition, clean, with helpful and realy kind staff. Breakfast does fulfill your almost all daily needs - I mean, you can eat as much as you like and there is everything for any kind of eaters. The location is great for exploring Venice and outlet shopping center. There is also a Spar and lots of food restaurants. The best option for visiting Venice is to go with a car to the train station, where you can leave the car for free and take a train to the center of venice. Probably one of the cheapest option.
The apartment is good located, perfectly equipped,and spacious enough for a family stay.It's vivid area,near to Noventa designers outlet and train station,so you can easily visit Venice.During the night it is realy quiet and calming. The beds and the pillows are so comfortable that you will enjoy your sleep. Kitchen is fully eqipped,and has all you can possibly need during your stay. We loved all!

Great value for the money! Appartment is big, comfortable and has everything you need for cozy stay. Great advantage is big garden and location; local shops,restaurants and designers outlets are very near. Owners, Mateo and his mother Rita were very nice and helpful. Next to the hotel is an outlet, and the entrance to the highway leading to the city is right in front of the hotel.
Location, room, everything. Shower handle was leaking, we told the staff and it was perfectly resolved immediately! Staff is very polite and always there for you. We stayed here before, this is our second time and we will be coming back. We are beyond satisfied with everything about this hotel.

Very nice looking hotel in quit neighbourhood and also so close to highway and shopping outlet. I would say the best option in the town if you want more peace and less people around you.
