Luigi was the greatest host we could ask for. His english is amazing, even if he will tell you its not. He was extremely helpful and accomodating, making a late service at his own restaurant across the street as we came in late. The food there was some of the best we've had in Italy and we strongly recommend it. He made our last stay in Tuscany memorable and he is a hard working man that deserves everything good to come. We spent only one night in this property. The apartment is very refined, brand new, fully equipped for every need. The air-con is installed above the main door, which is unusual, but it seems to work fine (it must be noted it was a relatively mild summer day). The host is very responsive, we didn't have any issue at all. Something to note: neighbours are quite loud. It didn't bother us too much, and there is not much the host can do.

Massa is not overrun with toursits. The mountains are beautful, the beach was clean, water clear and white sand beaches. There are plenty of free beach areas with showers. The beach is clean as well. Lots of restaurants and the grocery stores have a huge variety of food and it was not over priced. We found the local restaurants excellent value and people were very friendly.

Calm village, a little bit industrial, but its not noisy. Not many aboard tourist so you can experience a full Italian lifestyle. Beautiful views on the sea and mountains. Cool place to have nice walks, see the main promenade around 3 kilometers away, and it's a good place to get on the local trips. You have Pisa 40 minutes away by car, Florence 1,5h away, Cinque terre around 1h away etc.

Nice seaside town.
Nice seaside town. There is everything for a relaxing holiday with your family. Delicious italian food. Good beaches, but paid. There are a couple of free ones, but then you need to take an umbrella and a sunbed on the trip.
The apartment is big and cozy, and it is located in a very good and quiet area from where you could walk easily to the center. The whole apartment is spotlessly clean. There are two large bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower and the double bed is very large and comfortable. The terrace full of plants next to the kitchen is beautiful. The owner is very friendly and was always willing to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend the apartment, that for me it is one of the best places to stay during a visit to Massa.
I spent a week in the Paladini Apartment together with my daughter. Because I like the mountains and my daughter the sea, Marina di Massa offers both options. The location is ideal, about 400m from de sea, apartment has everything what you need and very clean, parking in the yard, the owner is a very welcoming person. I can definitely recommend this location, especially for families. We will definitely come back.
Good value for money in a very clean hotel. Mrs. Isa and her staff are very nice and kind and do all possible to make the stay pleasant and comfortable. It is a friendly family atmosphere. Small hotel with a nice garden with seating areas. Hotel is old, do not expect a modern place. it is as described. We also had a huge terrace connected to our room. Italian Breakfast was also good, it was more than expected.
The place and host were fantastic, we couldn't have asked for more. The owner also has a restaurant opposite where we enjoyed a delicious meal with the locals. The location is convenient (just a few minutes from Massa) and the room had all the mod cons while maintaining a rustic charm. It was a flying visit (we only stayed one night) but it totally exceeded our exceptions. We will definitely be back!
The property is perfectly located, expertly decorated and my room had every amenity I could have wanted. The breakfast was as ample and excellent as any 5-star hotel. The hosts were so gracious, they not only made me a dinner reservation, but bought me a glass of Prosecco. I would recommend B7B Il Cuore to anyone visiting Massa!
The hotel is very nice, a bit far out of town but by far or bike it’s not a problem. But the people are so caring and it was a very nice experience all together. The breakfast is absolutely delicious !
