We liked this property, it has some parking space, it's easy to get to and the location is perfect (basically beach front). The staff was great and helped us a few times during the stay, fulfilled all our requests, always politely smiling and made us feel welcomed at all times. The cleanliness was impeccable and amongst the highest standards we can recognise. I can't stress this enough on how important I believe it is: even if parts of our stay were bumpy, the staff really made a big difference since before the arrival (with clear communication) until we left.
WE also liked:
- the sea view, a pleasure to wake up in the morning and look outside into the deepest blues of the Tirreno Sea
- the breakfast, many options (some looked handmade!) and the breakfast staff exceeded expectations in terms of quality and availability. The only suggestion would be a quicker/friendlier toaster device.
- we did some laundry there, the cost is ok and we were satisfied with the results

We got a double room so lots of space and a balcony. Location is almost at the ocean. Everything clean, wifi works well, a/c is good, breakfast standard italian.
There is an extra room in the basement for bikes which is super convenient.

It was a studio apartment not just a room. It was very large and comfortable, there was a kitchen's sink, a table for 4 people, and sofa. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed and a small TV, and there was a large bathroom . A secured car park was also available.

It was a nice facility close to the beaches. There is a great gelato shop right across the street. It was quiet and very relaxing stay. As in all Italian cities there are lots of pizza restaurants. We did find a very quaint and nice restaurant within walking distance that was very enjoyable and very unique called Lo Scacciapensieri. We enjoyed our stay very much

We had a memorable experience staying at this hotel. Although it took around 30 minutes to reach the hotel from Grosseto train station by bus, the journey was pleasant and well worth it. The check-in process was efficient and hassle-free, allowing us to settle in quickly. The highlight of our stay was the spa, which provided a much-needed relaxation after all our travelling. . Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach was a major plus. Our room was comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat.
The outside space was incredible! Absolutely beautiful, and was well needed after a crazy few days in Roma. The widows throughout the house were lovely, and the house it's self was so pretty and homey. The washing machine was extremely helpful. Being able to access the bikes to get into town was fantastic and such a nice way to get to the beach. And we loved willy!!!;
We loved the location of the apartment and the fact we had 2 separate bedrooms both with AC. It was very nice to have the outside patio access as well with a place to cleanup after being at the beach. The whole apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast each morning was very helpful and delicious.

very beautiful area in a pine forest, lots of space for every unit, well organized, clean, and respectful of nature, with fine autochtonous shrub rows along the paths; the beach can be easily reached by feet along a private walk, and it is very beautiful with dunes and wild vegetation.
The house is far from Marina di Grosseto, you will need a car or a bike to go to the beach. In the courtyard are two houses, but it isn t a sign to see witch of them is Corte degli Angeli.The kitchen has all you need, but it is for all the guests. The rooms are very nice!
This place really exceeded my expectations! Very well located farm house that is turned into a small boutique hotel, with perfect stylish little rooms, nice breakfast and dinner options, beautiful swimming pool and place for tanning and leisure etc.
The staff was really kind, also for night-time requests.
The staff at the restaurant was equally supportive.
The breakfast has a variety of food, including gluten-free bread (marvellous!)

Its a pleasant location close to the beach. Able to rent bikes on the camping for a fair price. Your tent is spacious with very comfortable beds. Book it if like easy camping without bringing your own tent and when you’re done with hotels.

I enjoyed the spa and the hot tub. The rooms were nice and included a small kitchen. The room was comfy and clean. I loved that they had actual hairdryers and not those fake hotel hair dryers.
the hotel is nice, the room is a bit old fashioned but ok, the garden is very nice and well maintained, the hotel beach is very good, there is a big children play area next to the hotel
The apartment is really nice and well equipped. The position is close to the center and to the beach. A market is just at the corner of the building. The owner was super nice.
