We loved the room with the balcony facing both the country side and the sea! The room was very clean, spacious, the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is simple due to the rules there are in Italy to serve fresh products but the owner makes it special: you can have it in a common space with very nice view or in your room on the balcony. We had a nice cappuccino, fresh fruit (very good!), toasted bread and other things. The location was very good for our needs: quiet so you can sleep and still not to far away from San Teodoro. You do need a car! We felt at all times very much welcome, we've got nice tips from the host. I totally recommend it.

Antonello is a true gent and has created a wonderful base to enjoy the surrounding area. In a perfect location with many of Sardegna's award-winning beaches just a short drive away and a 10 minute saunter to shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. We had an amazingly relaxing stay and hope to reserve a room here again on our next visit to this beautiful island. The bedrooms were spacious & clean & there was plenty of wardrobe space. The pools and surrounding areas were also nice and we especially enjoyed the Adult pool which was a lot quieter,
The hotel is quite remote with nothing really around it but Budoni port is only about a 25 minute walk away and that was worth a visit as it has a couple of nice restaurants,
