Amazing super friendly and romantic restaurant just down the stairs after you exit the hotel. We arrived late in the evening and still felt we enjoyed the "day" there having dinner and a small walk in the empty romantic cute town

We had one of the two lake view rooms on the top floor and the views were nothing short of stunning. The bed was comfy. The morning breakfast spread was lovely. Amenities and furnishings were basic, but adequate and clean. I would stay here again and pay the extra for a lake front room.

A million dollar view was really something! I highly recommend Villa Dirce to anyone who decided to spend some time on Lake Garda. Excellent breakfast, hospitable and helpful staff, 15 min walk to Limone.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff made charcuterie plates and eggs to order, along with an assortment of fruit, pasties, juice and more. The hotel was centrally located near the trail head, beach, restaurants and shops. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Staff was friendly and offered a room upgrade with a lake view.

The staff was amazing, it felt that they we were waiting for us as for dear guests. The cleanliness of the room, the view. The breakfast was very good. It is a family owned hotel and a restaurant. The food was very good. We liked the place, didn’t want to leave. One more important thing- the hotel provided the parking at the lake main parking, they gave us instructions how to get there. Then a small electric car took us to the hotel, we didn’t need to carry our luggage- it was very thoughtful of them. Great location.

I loved Limone Sul Garda; it was beautiful! However, be very aware of the terrain. You may reconsider if moving up and down steep hills and steps is difficult. Access to boat ferries was easy and made for a wonderful opportunity to see the beauty of Limone Sul Garda from the water.

The city has a wonderful location by the lake Garda and offers exceptional conditions for bikers and water sports fans. The bike path guarantees unforgettable panoramic views on the beautiful lake. The city provides intimate atmosphere and is recommended when you want to relax and admire the views, especially when your are exhausted after a day spent cycling, swimming or doing antything tiresome. It helps you catch your breath and enjoy the spot, the food and the people.

Very pretty little town.
Very pretty little town. We avoided it during the day as so busy with day trippers coming in on the ferry. By 6pm all day trippers gone and relatively quiet. Typical old Italian town - lots of pretty narrow streets. The best thing about Limone is the restaurants- if you do your research and go to the top rated ones they are excellent - every meal we had was outstanding.

I love Limone sul Garda. It is the 3rd time I have visited. There are some lovely hotels to stay in. I especially love hotel Limone & hotel Mercedes. I am sure there are others though! I have just left on Friday 15th September. The weather was wonderful. I used the ferries a lot e.g Malcesine & Riva del Garda both lovely places to visit. Limone has a lovely old town with plenty of restaurants & bars for every price range & lots of little designer shops-especially shoes. I still have not seen it all. I especially loved the Bufallo restaurant where I ate kangaroo steak-first time ever. It was amazing food! It has a lovely waterfront & there are cycling trails around the area for the more active. I stayed at hotel Splendid as well- a lovely 4* hotel with 2 pools & a gym. I really love this town-its great! :)

Limone is the most beautiful, stunning place; so well taken care of, beautiful flowers all over the promenade and piazza's and so well maintained. Boat trips on offer all day every day, best restaurants and great leather handbag shops !!! This place is a must to visit but would recommend a stay there too; I have never felt so chilled on holiday before and cannot wait to go back. Limone is north of the lake so quite a distance from Verona airport however we booked taxis via Booking.Com and it was perfect. Taking a taxi was the best way to see the surrounding areas and had a great view of the lake once we reached Riva. Did an all day boat trip round to the south of the lake with 2 stop-offs at Sirmione and Bardolino - fabulous and a great way to see the lake at it's vastest!

For my adult son and I Hotel Castell was a great place to be….magnificent views, very clean room with patio overlooking the lake, fantastic staff and extensive breakfast buffet. Walking into town required many steps but we were up for the challenge and it became easier each time. We had an assigned parking spot right in front of the entrance which made access to the hotel very easy. We had a fabulous time…. thanks for your hospitality!
Hotel is located on the cliffs above the town with fantastic lake views. Room was clean and tidy with a small bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. There is no onsite restaurant so you are looking at a fair walk down a lot of steps to the town to eat or alternatively car or perhaps taxi down. The hotel has a small bookable car park outside and further spaces available in the multi storey car park down in the town.
We do not have enough praise for this hotel as it is simply amazing!
All of the spaces in the hotel have lake or mountain views and the breakfast was always fresh with several cheeses, cuts, and sweet pastries to choose from.
Manuela and her staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool with views of the lake and mountains and the free parking during the stay is also a plus in Lago Di Garda.
The location is very nice, it has a great view on the lake. The Hotel has 2 pools so it was not too crowded and there were always sunbeds available. The staff was very supportive and nice and parking is included in a garage (very narrow parking slots though, can be tricky with a bigger car). Also the Hotel is rather easy to find. For a short stay perfect!

The hotel is in an excellent position to walk into Limone and has a car park. Our room had a balcony from which we could see the lake. The rooms are in a separate building to the restaurant and pool area. Breakfast is served in an outdoor area of the restaurant and was good. The restaurant and pool area are lovely.
The dinner was fantastic! We really appreciated it. The gardens with the olive trees with the mountains on the background, the playground, and the pool (with water slide) area were all amazing, we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel!
We have all inclusive, and arriving in the evening had our lunch next day included!
The hotel is great. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The views are gorgeous and I love that every room has a view. The rooms are nice and big. The pool and lake-front areas are very nice and we really enjoyed the panoramic terrace. Breakfast was also very good good.
The 180 degree lake and mountain view is spectacular! This is a huge hotel complex with a fantastic garden. They also have nice pools and since the town center is quite a difficult walk (elevation!) with kids they run a shuttle bus for 1 Eur / person every half an hour.

The hotel was in a good location approx 4km from Limone sul Garda (5min drive). The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. The rooms overlooked the lake and the views were stunning. The pool area was lovely too.
The views are truly amazing and the quick access to the beautiful town of Limone sul Garda was fantastic. We also loved that the lower deck has all the water sports with lessons and rentals you could want.
