I did a lot of research to find a great Dolomites accommodation in a convenient location. La Ciasota could not have been better. The family who runs La Ciasota is lovely, friendly and helpful. You feel a sense of warmth here. Our rooms overlooked the most gorgeous mountains and have decks adorned with flower boxes. The breakfast room is also beautiful, and serves scrambled eggs, croissants and jams, meats, cheeses, fruit, doughnuts, fresh squeezed orange juice, cappuccino, hot chocolate and much more. There is even a beautiful spa with saunas, a Turkish bath, areas to relax, and a hot tub outside. The hotel is a short drive from Lagazuoi, Sass de Stria and other hiking locations and walking distance to great restaurants, a grocery store, and a sporting goods shop. In addition to robes, La Ciasota provided backpacks in the rooms for use during your stay. La Ciasota is a special place and an excellent value.

This is the perfect place if you like nature, mountains, green, starting the morning with breathing in fresh Alpine air and listen to cowbells. The Ladin valley is a perfect example of the charm of Sud Tirol: massive landscape, clean and neat little farms, villages and town, honest, good food.

Cute and silent village with such a great view and fresh air. Great and reasonable place to stay if you have a car, so that you can drive right to the ski pists(it takes 15 minutes). I'm really sure it's also perfect for trekking and nature walks in the summer.
It's a fantastic family hotel with great services and a fantastic spa, the food is great, The chef is the owner of the hotel and he makes a fantastic set course menus for every evening. recommended great value for money.. The lady at the reception was fantastic, Always ready to assist it us to find great treks in the area. Breakfast is wonderful you'll feel you're starting the day with a good taste of locally grown veggies. The bar is comfortable with reasonable prices.
La Valle is a gem in the dolomites, no sky lifts or heavy traffic, just meadows and farms and woods. And the apartment is in a working farm, the very kind owners offered us butter and speck. Lovely family, very kind, two friendly dogs.
Footpaths start not far from the house.
Flat is larger than I expected, large room, huge bathrooms, nice view from balcony.
I visit the Dolomites regularly and this was the best accommodation in the most beautiful location. Combined with the hotel's atmosphere and services, I would give it a rating of 10.1 on booking.com. We are coming back to this place (La Valle) because we like the tranquility of it, at least in October. The host was very nice. We had the option to get fresh milk, eggs and honey (which I highly recommend it).
Fantastic experience! All the staff were so sweet, the food was amazing, free shuttle to Ski lift. I felt like I was staying at a home, not a hotel. I would love to come back again in the summer. 10 out of 10!
