very clean and nice location with parking for my motorcycle in front of the house that is really well hidden, had no security issues. Could pick nectarines and lemons from the trees, they were delicious. The road a bit steep but no problems to reach the house

We only used Itri as a base to visit the coastal areas. It was more economical that way and only a 20 minute drive away. Getting hotels for two days in Sperlonga in not cheap. These are 7 day locations. The accommodation also has a great little restaurant which serves local dishes. Great place to eat after returning from the beach.
Nice BnB, in a quiet place in the hills around Itri. Distant from the busy beach and a little distant from town, too. The owners take very good care about their guests and try to make the stay as pleasent as possible. I felt very warm and welcome there - they are English with an Italian background. They offered different options for breakfast and served my preferences. Cleanliness was excellent. I like to return next season.
The staff was very kind, always present and ready to fulfill every request. It is a lovely place surrounded by greenery, quiet, you can enjoy the view and fresh air. I liked Rebecca's availability, she can suggest anything on what to see, where to eat and more in Itri, Gaeta, and Sperlonga.
P.s the breakfast was delicious. They serve freshly baked orange flavoured muffins (which her dad prepares)!
The accommodation was perfect for us. We used it as a base to visit Sperlonga. The town of Itri itself is just a small provincial Italian town. The accommodation is well decorated and larger than we expected with all the necessary facilities. The B&B owner also has a restaurant downstairs which we used and really enjoyed the food . The prices were very reasonable and the food delicious.
Beautiful property in the midst of olive groves. Perfectly located for daily excursions to the beach and nearby villages (Sperlonga, Campodimele, Itri, Gaeta): it really exceed our expectations ! The owners are lovely, very welcoming and helpful. Nice garden to chill out, quiet room, good privacy level. Location is nice and quiet in the country side. Car is essential. Lovely Italian style breakfast delivered to the room every morning. Definitely a place we will go back to when visiting Itri.
