Would highly recomend to anyone traveling in the area. The location is wonderful and the views are beautiful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the staff was very friendly.

It was beautiful and easy to reach with ample parking. It was full of old world charm. I was meeting friends who stayed at Civitella Ranieri and I was able to drive between the two easily. Breakfast was excellent.

Not many particular things to like… Swimming pool is a plus, but could have less consistency of chlorine. Pretty nice surrounding but completely isolated from the civilization. Beautiful small truffle catcher dog, but kept in a tiny doghouse.

We had a lovely stay at Casamassima. Our suite (No. 1), with a separate living room and large modern bathroom, was big enough to relax and spread out. The suite is beautifully decorated with many extra touches. The wifi was good and the desk area had plenty outlets for charging. Most important was the wonderful customer service and attention paid by the staff, Lucetta and Alessia. They were always ready to help, to give advice, directions and to make reservations. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely stay here. Breakfast served on the outdoor terrace was exceptional!

the house was beautiful and in a beautiful location. It was fully stocked and had almost everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and very relaxing
