Friendly staff and a family-operated hotel. Breakfast was included with a variety of choices. The first floor has a bar and a restaurant and the food is very good. The bathroom was enormous, and the shower was very comfortable. It was conveniently located and easy to get in and out of Castelfidardo. I would stay there again, hopefully in a renovated hotel, when I return to Castelfidardo.

The house and grounds were lovely & well-kept. The room where we stayed for 3 days had a lovely antique bed, linen sheets and was spacious & very clean. It was easy to walk into the town. Parking within the old part of town is difficult so we were happy to leave the car parked at La Finestra sul Conero.

Castelfidardo is a lovely old town situated on a hill top. Porta Marina in the centre has a lovely small garden with seating which provides amazing views over the countryside and surrounding towns all the way to the sea. The old historic centre whilst small is lovely. The national monument is amazing and worth visiting with an outstanding bronze depicting the heroic battle for the unification of italy at the centre, surrounded by thousands of aromatic pine trees with little pathways where it is easy to relax and soak up the atmosphere....absolutely beautiful.

Charming town, little Italian burg up in the hill with beautiful view. Nightlife, good pizzerias in a great atmosphere. If you would like to stay overnight I highly recommend 'Il Covo dei Piccioni' as a Bed&Breakfast.
Everything wss perfect. We didn't miss anything. The room has been cleaned everyday. The breakfast was very good - sweet, sour, milk products, coffee, tea, juices, fruits and so on,... The flat is directly in the heart of Castelfidardo. There was always enough space for parking our car near the flat. We got a lot of tips for local restaurants and places to stay. Massimiliano, his wife and Gabriella are such nice people. If we would come bsck to Castelfidardo, we would stay here again. Grazie per il tempo meraviglioso!
Excellent location for access to Castelfidardo. Magnificent views from the rear balcony. Parking within the property. Exceptional hosts. Stefania took it upon herself to collect a pizza for us on the first night to save us time to get to a concert that we booked impromptu. Roberto guided us to the location of the concert, and the following day gave us a quick guided tour of the places we wanted to visit, as well as introducing us to an accordion manufacturer.
Marilena is a super-star host / Marilena e' super simpatica ; and she was enthusiastic and helpful / lei era molto disponibile e entusiasta; la casa spazioso e pulitissimo/ the house was spacious and very clean; 5 minuti da Castelfidardo/ 5 mins away by car from center of Castelfidardo; parcheggio privato/ parking was private and very secure; private garden/ giardino privato; we had a fabulous 4 days there/ abbiamo passato 4 gg favolosi li.

The family room (116) was very clean and big. Also our dog was welcome and the staff was friendly.
The park in front of the hotel is nice to walk your dog and also has a really nice playground for kids.
It was also easy to find local food very nearby and you can park your car in front of the entrance of the hotel. Very convenient.
Everything was perfect- location, the staff, cleanliness, size, breakfast. Nothing was missing, you feel like at home away from home.

A beautiful property with stunning views in a good central location with parking. Easy walking to the historic centre of Castelfidardo and close to restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home. highly recommend if visiting Castelfidardo.
It was a beautiful little place with a lovely view, right in the old town and next door to a tasty pizza takeaway. The staff are so warm and friendly, but I don't think they speak English. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Castelfidardo.
Sara is just the perfect host, made ourselves at home, helped with everything. The rooms are very comfy and modern, we had private refrigerators in each room, spacious bathrooms, we couldn’t have a more perfect stay at Castelfidardo.
Everything was perfect. Luca and Mara are excellent hosts. They were available for every question we had. Breakfast was also terrific. If we ever come back to Castelfidardo, we will stay again in this beautiful house.
