We had a car and gps, so the secluded location was great. The hotel maintains the feel of an old castle, but with creature comforts. Our dinner was amazing!

One one best hotel experience! Comfortable hotel in the ancient castle with it's own tower and dear running around! Rooms are not very big, but it would be too much to ask for that - they are nicely decorated (or preserved). Just wow!

Everything 😊. The property is beautiful with lots of places to relax. The pool area is lovely with lots of lounge chairs. There are activities like playing billiards, ping pong or tennis on the beautiful fenced in court. The room itself was so lovely and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even the linens felt lovely. But the views. Oh my. The owners also have a restaurant close by which is well worth going to. The food was well priced and delicious.

An absolute gem. We stayed here while walking the way of Saint Francis. The host was the sweetest, the food was great, and the alpacas were cute. It was very clean, and of course, most importantly, the beds were soft and comfortable which was a welcome relief from what we’ve gotten used to during this trip.
