It really is a wonderful house in a lovely garden a little out of town. The staff, the dogs, and the cats were very friendly and the breakfast very nice.

It is a beautiful and quite location that is very close to Verona. The rooms are nice and cool, the breakfast is delicious and the natural pool is amazing. The owner Vanda spoke good German and was very helpful and had a lot of recommendations for us (restaurants etc). We are looking forward to come back. Thanks for a great stay

The room was a good size, a little dated. good airconditioning. Bathroom needs an upgrade. The garden and swimming pool were great and looked very good. The accomodation is at a good distance from Verona and the airport.

I cannot compare it to other places to stay in Venice so I will say it was good value. I chose it because of price, availability and location. It is a 30 minute walk to get to the busier areas which meant you can wander and explore quieter areas on your way to the centre - which is a must in Venice.
It is a 20 minute walk from the station but as everywhere is pretty much flat in Venice, it is not a problem wheeling luggage around.
A breakfast is available but not an evening meal and as there are plenty of bars and cafe's within a few minutes walk we went out to eat.
The room was nice but we could hear the other guests in the neighbouring rooms - although that is not uncommon with many places we stayed.
The staff were helpful as we had to ask to change room because the shower leaked. They were unable to change our room for the first night but when we returned on day two they had moved all our things to the new room.
