The location is great, close to the train station. The reception is always opened, this was helpful for us cause we had a delayed flight and checked in at 3am. Breakfast is good, you have plenty to choose from. The room was clean.

Gorgeous, modern rooms with a fabulous shower and very comfortable bed. Lovely staff that went the extra mile. Good breakfast buffet. Would be happy to stay there again and highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Good evening I was very sad about the hotel location very far from everything there was no Internet there was no garage for the car the breakfast that was in the ad did not happen because it was more expensive than I thought there was no paper in the bathroom
The property has beautiful gardens around the rooms. The staff is exceptionally devoted to helping. Upon entering my room, I quickly noticed that the frig is not working; the drinks were at room temperature. The receptionist immediately gave me a new room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to visit the Bergamo area.
