The host was really nice and helpful! His restaurant next door was also 10/10. The chalet was very cozy, spacious and well-equipped. The room was actually large compared to what we saw from pictures. The breakfast was superb. Only a few minutes walk to Plan Maison gondola and Campetto ski lift. Me and my parents had a pleasant stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay here next time in Cervinia!

This hotel is very conveniently located to the ski lift, and we chose a room with a view of the Matterhorn, which was so lovely to wake up to each morning. The staff members were amazing, accommodating, helpful and friendly. Great food at a lower price than we found elsewhere. DIRTY RIP OFF on Matterhorn Alpine Crossing. We paid €450 for all areas ski pass and took the new crossing from Italy to Switzerland. They forced us to pay €25 for the return. (Conditions had deteriorated and we felt it was not safe to ski back on unfamiliar slopes with poor vis.) This left a very sour taste in our mouths. Greedy and unfriendly customer pricing.

Cervinia has a major problem with accommodation.
Cervinia has a major problem with accommodation. It is a high altitude resort and gets reliable snow. When I booked it, February, there was almost no accommodation within any sort of walking distance of any ski lift. Not even hotel rooms, suggesting that the various hotels were block booked by tour operators. This was confirmed by enquiries at one hotel downtown. This is a new situation for Cervinia. This apartment was one of very few available regardless of price. The price paid, €2890 for 5 nights (this rises for more than 2 occupants), had to be accepted but turned out to be outrageously overpriced for the size and quality of the apartment which is a very basic run-down apartment. I have stayed at Cervinia 5-6 times since 2020 and the right price for a genuine 2 bedroom apartment would be around €1000. I was paying €900 for a much nicer apartment than this one and about 1.5x bigger. Unfortunately exploitation is the name of the game now.

We love it here! So easy to access the skiing in Switzerland. A huge ski area.
The town is cute , lots of restaurants.
Apres ski is more on the slopes rather than down in the town but this suited us.
The supermarket is well stocked and all the local coffee shops and bakeries are excellent.

Favorite of course the many ski lifts and slopes, many restaurants in the village center and around the slopes.
We ate at different restaurants and in our apartment, even once Thai Fast Food at the Cretaz valley.
It's easy to get around in the village center, but might get difficult outside, especially up on the steep roads around. The Ski bus can be crowded, taxies can be on high demand and not reachable, and for driving remember the village center is at over 2000m, make sure you have proper tires and consider a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter period.
I'd rather stay in the center than up the mountain in the surroundings, or at a hotel in the middle of the ski slopes.

Great snow sure resort, expansively pisted and ideal for progressing intermediates. Town Centre great for the Cretaz lifts to get you onto the mountain with a short (easy) ski across to the Plan Maison hub, but be aware that the main gondola/cable car, is a 10 minute steep walk up from the Town centre. The Town may not be as charming as some resorts, but has some great eating options for families from a burger at the Black Hole and waffles at the Ice Cafe, to fab pizza at Al Solito Posto and great steak and grills at Jour et Nuit. Getting there by public transport from Turin was hassle free, with a train to Chatillon, and hourly bus (503 by Attiva) up the valley from the station, although both bus and train can be busy.

The location is perfect especially if you go before december...
The location is perfect especially if you go before december 1st. During the week maybe around 100 people on the slopes which was actually great as i was there with my kids. So i was able to actually enjoy skiing without worrying about my kids being in any sort of danger.
If the weather is nice the experience is perfect. Even when it's not there are things to do around provided you get a car.

Hotel is located in a beautiful place, very close to the ski lift. Ski rental is just opposite and a lot of restaurants and bars around. There is a storage for the ski & boots, and you can get there from your room and put your gear and walk up straight to the ski lift (5 min walk). It is charming old hotel with a lots of attention to details, especially in the lobby (seating area).
Our bed was also very comfortable - but that is all I can tell about our room ;-)
Great location with frequent shuttle service to slopes/town. Clean, well appointed rooms with good facilities. Nice, comfy bed and pillows. Fire side bar was a good place to stop and chill out after day skiing with Aperitivo/snack served at 5pm each day. Good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Skii hire & lessons can all be organised from within hotel. Spa and pool were lovely.
My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the secure ski storage room was very helpful, and the breakfast was amazing! Huge variety including local cheeses and fresh baked goods. The staff were so kind and kept everything well stocked. The location was very central and the ski lifts were super close.
The location was great, the apartment was clean and the views were fantastic what really made the trip and stay was how great the host Radu was. Our purpose for the trip was to summer ski and not only did he lend us his own ski equipment but he drove us to where to find the lifts and tickets. He saved us stress time and money! Wonderful host!
The location of the hotel is perfect and ski in / ski out for some areas on the mountain. Sadly we could not stay for breakfast as we had to leave early the staff we incredible sympathetic and helpful as it was due to a family emergency. All the guests seem to rave about the breakfast. Great hotel, ski in and out, owners Alessandro and Nicoletta were so friendly and couldn't do enough to help, dinners and choice of wines excellent. Clean, comfortable. The hotel Jumeaux is perfectly placed in the city center next to restaurants, pubs, shops and of course the ski lifts. Jumeaux’s decor is very charming in the style of a rustic chalet. The staff were amazing and very accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean. Great breakfast as well!
Hotel is surprising well setup, good staff and ski room is excellent with heated bootwarmers etc. Lovely central location at the end of the main high st close to excellent a selection of excellent, quiter more traditional bars and restaurants. Not really a clubby type place althought there was a club.
The staff of the hotel was very nice we went there by the motorcycles and the staff helped us to find the parking lots without boring. After that she also help us booked the restaurant for dinner. My friend and I was very impressed. The hotel was good location with good view. The breakfast is very good.

Also, if you don’t have a car and you want to go to the ski lift, it’s very easy to reach plan maison as there is a bus (504) that has a station near the hotel.
Everything, the location is perfect,the rooms are clean and modern,breakfast is great, 5 star ski heated ski lockers next to the lifts, but most the front of house staff are the best I've met! Friendly,informative, and always have time for you. A true credit to the hotel!
