The staff were incredible - warm, welcoming, an overall great vibe. Offered drinks on arrival along with other tourist services. The room was very clean, quiet, and small but with all the essentials which worked well for us. Dog friendly too! The village is stunning - highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location, right inside the charming old city walls. Very soul warming and authentic family house. The view from the bedroom is absolutely stunning with the sunset aligned exactly in front of it!
We also really appreciate how the host Cinzia received us. She was very kind and available to provide everything we needed besides also giving us the context of the city as well as the sentimental value of the house, Casa di Nonna :)

Of Italian parentage, I have visited this area for many years and Bevagna is a favourite. Unspoilt by tourism like some other places this is Umbria as it should be seen. The architecture is wonderful and the people friendly. Here you will get REAL Italian food and excellent wine. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it is the ideal place to stay and go visiting the beautiful hilltop towns like Assisi and Trevi. There is a beautiful old theatre and throughout the year there are many festivals celebrating Italian culture and Gastronomy. A walled town, walking the cobbled streets is lovely and car parks outside the walls is a bonus as it is not a huge town, you won't need a car to get from one end to the other

Just staying in Bevagna and going around umbria’s main villages. Be ready to go a lot of uphills and downhills as these old Amazing Borgo’s were all built on hills.
Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Orvieto , Bolsena, lake Tresimeno, lake Bolsena, Gubbio, Montefalco, Marmore falls , Frasassi caves. Bevagna is a small borgo not much to do there. To go for a pizza dinner or so
Un Posto is located in a small village near Bevagna, a strategic point to easily reach all the most attractive villages and tourist centers in Umbria. We stayed in a small room with a breathtaking view and in the spacious and comfortable very characteristic medieval suite. Excellent sweet and savory breakfast on request. Mattia and Laura were very kind and helpful, they advised us and made our holiday even more pleasant. We would happily return to Un Posto in the future.
Maria the owner, asist us very well. She is very helpful, answering to all my questions with in a very short time.. Apartment very clean. Equipped with all the necessary. Located close to bars and restaurants. Close to the airport too (30min drive to Perugia airport). Easy to find parking (you have to pay, however not expensive). I highly recommend to others to stay at TIA apartment. And off course I would definitely re-stay at this apartment.Thank you.
The location near the beautiful town of Bevagna was an ideal spot from which to see many lovely places in Umbria; The host family were very warm and welcoming - they included us in events such as the olive harvest and oil extraction; Their wine is excellent and a tasting should be done! The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to make your own meals. We didn't want to leave!
the property is magnificent and is located within the beautifully preserved borgo of Bevagna. The hotel is an ancient palazzo with high painted ceilings - simply beautiful. you feel as though you’ve been transported to another time. the town is lovely and everything- restaurants and shops - is walkable.
We were not aware of the concept of the hotel until we arrived. We had the gym room which was a bit too quirky for our taste but it was a nice change. The hotel is beautifully located near local farms, which makes for a nice morning walk. The staff has been very nice and welcoming, especially Maddie.

The owner was absolutely lovely and we had what was really an apartment. It was like being at someone's home. The property is gated and mostly it s 5 min walk from Bevagna's centre where there are excellent restaurants. It was just perfect!
The hotel is in a good and very beautiful place, near others cities where you can enjoy with restaurants, good wines, good food and pizza and fantastic views. Laura and Mattia are excellent hosts. The breakfast is very complete.
Beautiful Hotel and bedroom in a lovely Place Breakfast was perfect The only thing to mention is that the bedroom and the hotel was cold at this time of year in Okt there was no heating on in the room

The house is spacious and very cozy. Bevagna is a small charming historical town, ideally located for exploring Umbria. Close to Assisi, Spello, Perugia, Spoletto etc...
