We only stayed for one night, but the hotel was good value for money with excellent location (5min walk to the beach front, 20min walk to the old town / city center) Good breakfast included. Staff was nice and polite. Room had everything we needed, but no air con or fan. All in, recommended for a short stay.

The hostess personally met us, showed us and told us everything. The location of the house is perfect for those who value comfort, nature and clean air, because you will be surrounded by fields of flowers. The house is very warm, the kitchen has all the utensils for a real housewife, the beds are very comfortable and good linens. This is a place that I have already recommended to friends and will definitely return here again.

The old town is walled with tight streets. It is full of good bars and restaurants with a real historical feel and much to see. The beach area is so so, but Alassio is close by (walkable if you want to take the roman road) if you want a good beach.

Albenga is very different city compared to others in Liguria. It is unique because there is a sense of space as the mountains are slightly far away from the sea. Plus Albenga has a very old town centre with small roads where only pedestrian are allowed to walk, therefore it is very safe, peaceful and you are immersed in another epoque! Beautiful, I go there as much as I can :)

Wonderful and quiet town with a bit of retro feel. Very dog friendly. We will definitely come back soon. Good restaurants and food shopping, nice beaches and close to everything, you don’t need a car. Not many tourists from outside Italy.
- Nice Host: The owner is a lovely Italian old lady. She speaks some English and is super friendly and showed us around.
- Location: The location is near the beach, but not on the noisy side of the street where there are lots of evening parties. You could hear birds and the tides whenever you open the windows.
- Very clean. nearly spotless.
- Nice Kitchen: The pots and pans are in some of the best condition of holiday homes we have stayed in over the years in Italy. you could make a beautiful omelet with the pan.
Barbara and Flavio are extremely friendly people and were helpful throughout our stay. They managed to get us tourist cards for the whole duration of our stay (these cards enabled us to travel by bus for free along the coast), and recommended excellent places in Albenga and other towns nearby.
The flat is along a main road and it can be a bit noisy at times; however, this is made up by the fact that the flat is extremely spacious and well furnished.
We love the location. It's 2 blocks away from the train station and close to everything. The beach is 10-15 mins on foot (based on how fast you walk). The old town is less than 5 mins walk. Cafe, restaurants, and the Gelato shop are all within 3 mins walk. We used the bike and made nice bike tours to other towns. The kitchen is nice and comes with everything. We also enjoy our breakfast sitting on the balcony with the morning sun.
The location is great, just on the beach, and virtually all the rooms have a view of the sea, including the iconic turtle-shaped Gallinara Island. The staff were very nice and helpful and the hotel is very dog-friendly. Excellent cleaning service. Tip: ask the reception for a free bus ticket on the day of your arrival, this can save you a bit of cash if you plan to visit other nearby towns like Alassio or Andora and don't intend to drive.
Great location right on the beach. Also located along a very cute promenade walk where you can find many Bagni Clubs and bars/ cafe. The apartment itself was a generous size with high ceilings and we had a super private outdoor seating area. Overall we really loved our stay here. Staff was very helpful even with language barriers haha. Private, secure, peaceful and relaxing.
There are many positives to staying at Camping Delfino, the mobile homes are nice , it is close the the beach, the on site restaurant and beach bar are cheap.You get free sunloungers and the use of a pool in the hotel for a reasonable price. Also there was entertainment on one night. There is a on site mini market and staff are friendly. For a 2 * it was good
Carola the host was very friendly and helpful with all possible matters. The place was very nice in an old renovated building in the old center of Albenga. The Balcony is a thing, even though there no stunning view, it’s cool sitting on the rooftop eating breakfast or dinner. Everything nice and clean. Can truly recommend this apartment!
