This was my worst stay in my 20 yrs .. the money 5500per night was not worth.. they served the breakfast in paper plate, daily uppuma is there standard one among 2 dish.. I totally irritated with the paper plate n there hospitality...

Apartments overlooking pool are new and fantastically furnished. Food was fantastic and Jayan was an especially kind host. Surrounded by nice views and tea plantations.

You cant find a Pure vegetarian hotels near by with affordable rates. Even the tea shops have non vegetarian snacks which was annoying to us. For the people who are not used to eat the big Kerala rice should plan to take electric rice cooker along with them for the trips

At kalpetta : hotel 1957 serves good authentic kerala food. The place is hygenic and serves tasty food. A thattukada on the highway towards lakkidi
At thalipuzha on the way to lakkidi viewpoint hotel mess opp to catalyst shop and the mosque serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner owned by kareem. The good is tasty hygenic and hot.
