I like everything of my stay but after staying for 10 days no upgrade, no free laundry & the day I checked out 6:00am they offered complimentary breakfast… they should have done one day before & I would have definitely taken.
Left one bag and my cap is MISSING… if it had been an ordinary cap I would not make a hue & cry but this cap I watched Australian Open Melbourne 2024 & had bought it. The Manager called Manish said he would check CCTV but till now not found. As you can see my photos I came & donated 24 lakhs for building a monastery & then my husband played tennis match & won & distributed his prize money to the ball boys.

It's good for one day stopover.
It's good for one day stopover. You could visit Surya Sen park or Mahananda Sightseeing and chill there in the evening. ISCON temple will disappoint you unless you are a devotee. If you are a shopaholic, Hong Kong Market is a place to be. Baishaki Mela can be fun too.

Perfect stop over for travellers planning to visit Darjeeling, Sikkim hills or the dooars. Same applicable to travellers going to north east by road. But be sure to check facilities in hotel properties. Most of them do not provide free parking after promising.

Well-connected by Rail, Road and Air with the key metros of India, Siliguri is also an important entry point for some of the world's most spectacular trekking and mountaineering routes.
This was our 2nd time checking in this hotel and it was just what we expected. I love staying at this place when ever I visit siliguri. Food was awesome especially the banjara chicken kebab was delicious. Staff were very polite and professional. Manisha at the restaurant was very animated and always willing to provide quality service with kind attitude. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay at this place. Don't miss the banjara chicken kebab. Oh, the breakfast was abundant and delectable.
I booked a hotel through the Booking.com app, opting for a double bed at 1200+rs total. At check-in, the receptionist asked if I preferred a single or double bed, and assuming he meant whether I was alone or with someone, I chose single. However, I ended up with a small single bed room despite paying 1200rs. Realizing a double bed would have been a better option for the price, I inquired about the difference, but the receptionist insisted on charging 1300rs for a double bed.
My booking was not shown at the hotel and i had to wait there and book another hotel.... wasted taxi fare of about 1000rs to get there only to get dissappointed... they said they had no reservation on my name and the hotel was fully booked..... They explained nicely and helped me out in finding another hotel.. overall it was the fault of booking.com and oyo because they partnered and fooled me...
The hotel is right beside the Bidhan Market. The location is superb and food is available nearby. Its near to Bhooter Raja dilo bor restaurant which have one of the best delicacy of Siliguri. Anyone looking to stay close to the market can book their stay here. Its just 8 mins away from Venus More.

It was an expensive hotel without having basic facilities e.g., wifi was not working. The food was extremely costly. The room was not clean at all, particularly the bed sheet. Bathroom wastewater was not flowing into the outlet.
