1. Location - it is at secluded but a peaceful location. Minor patch of road is rough, but otherwise the roads are nice. Some 45 mins journey Sula, but it was comfortable even at night.
2. Lighting and facilitates - lights are beautiful, the farm house looks amazing at night. Pool was nice too.
3. Caretakers - caretaker Deepak and his wife cooked us delicious food. Also the amount they charge is very reasonable.
4. Farm animals - they arrange the horse for a horse ride in yard connected to the farm. Also it has one naughty but friendly dog. There are cute rabbits as well.

This is a beautiful property with lots of greenery and a tranquil place to stay, it's away from the main road so it's not noisy, it's on the banks of the lake and the view and feel will be incredible, with the grapes farm and other farms, the site seems so lovely and natural.... Not those artificial feelings and experiences....
