Location, cleanliness, since it is just 12 months old, things were quite new. The staff was courteous. We had some issues regarding the water supply, but they were promptly addressed. The breakfast buffet had a nice spread and tasted good, covering Gujarati, North Indian, and South Indian cuisine.

The area in which the villa is located is amazing. So much beautiful nature and so many birds. The room was big, comfortable, well equipped, had toiletries, a fridge that actually cools and a kettle including coffee and tea. We enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable garden chairs. Dinner was delicious. They installed a wifi router in our room when we arrived and the internet in and around the villa worked well. The villas
looked quite new. Although there was airco available we did not have to use it as it was getting quite chilly during the night. It was possible to pay with card (+3% bank charge). Overall a nice stay but some issues to be fixed (see below) to have maximum value for money.

This place is amazing like you can never imagine what's going to be next in the coming way. weekends are very crowded so there is parking issue. The Wall of Kumbhalgarh on the other side of Village is clear and the view is superb.

The room AC was not working and after 4 hours was able to push them get or working.
Their response was not good stating that they were sold out and could not offer an alternate room.
The required corrections were done after strong follow up and four long hours.
House keeping policy of the property is tonclean room after 14.00 hours only - precisely the time you usually wish to rest after lunch.
Housekeeping staff adamant that they would not clean the room later if you are resting is something unheard of and pretty high headed.
Would surely advise caution to those planning to book this property.
The internet does not work except for reception area which was very inconvenient.

Kumbhalgarh fort with all its history is a must watch atleast once.The fort leads us back in time when the brave Rajputs were one of India's greatest warrier clans.The sheer architecture of the fort makes us marvel.The temples,sound and light show and Jeep safari are just icing on the cake.The roads could have been much better and the Diwali rush is much more than a pain in the neck.
We never stayed there, we were upgraded to the amazing and fairly new Fateh Safari Suites by Fateh Collection. Huge rooms, amazing accomodation in a very luxurious, roomy and beautiful hotel. Gorgeous food and amazing service. This was really an unexpected and excellent upgrade, although our original hotel was also rather amazing, but older.
The only regret was that we were only there for one night.
The best hotel near by kumbhalgarh fort. In budget also staff is very cooperative. Location is awesome fully nature covered near by.
Best thing is there is fun park and many adventures games is available for children.

Unexpected & grand welcome with all the Drums and Flowers and lovely smiles, The Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the local folk dance arranged at night with Dinner at the hotel , there should have been a bonfire arrangement to enjoy cool winter, Suman was very courteous and they even arranged sweets even though we were full after our dinner.
The resort location is very good...near forest area and very beautiful mountain view.....Staff was very good and good hospitality..

The hotel was very nice I booked app booking.com easily and booked, so the Area to Space and separate my room stay poor villa view of mountains and fresh air I liked too much nice experience visit.
