Staff is very friendly, from the valet outside to the front reception, the cleaners and the restaurant staff which serves food 24 hours a day.

A commercial city with not many tourist places to explore. The majority of renowned brands of hotels are present in the city. The city has many shopping malls to shop from. Avoid eating at much-hyped street food outlets as the cleanliness is a serious concern and also the taste. We traveled in the personal car so getting around was easier.

Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to...
Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to travel through, it's worth staying a day or two. Check out the Haveli--the authentic Punjabi restaurant and cultural museum-- and the shopping centers. There's Model Town as well as a huge mall complex with great movie theaters.
I had a fantastic 2 week stay. The hotel and my room I could not fault. All the staff from front desk, housekeeping and the dining room provided an outstanding service. The food was delicious, just a little spicy to what I am used to. The bar upstairs for me was perfect as they had pool tables which was a great plus. Next to the hotel there is a mall and across the road a 24 hour shop and a couple of places to eat. Overall, I highly recommended.
nothing is good to say…but the behaviours of your staff is soo bad..if you dont have room in hotel then why you confirmed bookings online…when someone is reached at your hotel with their confirmed booking..your staff said we dont have any room…specially the reciptionist who have less hair i dont know his name ..he is sooo rude behaviour…he dont know how to talk with customer😡
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Washrooms were spacious, neat & clean. Rooms were having almirah so we didn't face any issue in keeping our used clothes. Best part is they have a parking lot dedicated to their customers. I have stayed in many hotels in Jalandhar but this one was exceptionally good when it comes to service and budget.
I went to Jalandhar to stay for two days. Staff is good. Room is not good. The paint of the wall comes out and water was leaking from the two walls of room. I think mostly it’s because of bad construction. The corridors not neat. Breakfast is not good and doesn’t have good Indian breakfast.
