The room allotted to us was spacious and clean with a good view. Check-in was super quick and efficient and staff at reception generally friendly. We had opted for the half-board plan. Food was amazing and varied. The staff at the restaurant does get a special mention as they were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive yet discreet. The room attendants too were pleasant to chat with, quick in their work and provided us extra water bottles, which was great. Good air conditioning and a powerful shower.

Good location but needs serious upgradition to fix the traffic, no one follows the rules, serious traffic Jam for no reason just before the toll gate close to the Radisson Udyog Vihar .. so don't travel around 5 to 7pm towards the hotel as it will take a long time to just move few meters.
With lot of construction the dust is everywhere and I think that needs to be suppressed and controlled to avoid getting too many people sick !! Something must be done to control the Mosquitoes !!

Not a city for a tourists. It is a destination for business travellers. Some places have world class facilities & outlook. Some places have rickety infrastructure. Good thing is auto rickshaws, cabs, small shops - all take UPI payment.

I had a spectacular experience, upon arriving at the reception it took a little time but it was due to many large events, specifically the medical congress that we arrived at, however the receptionist was very friendly and we waited pleasantly while everything was resolved. The room is excellent as shown in the photos, spacious, and with everything you need for a stay of rest, work and relaxation. I used the sewing service who resolved my clothes perfectly, and I have fond memories of the kindness of Robin from the 2nd level service, always looking out if we needed something, smiling and was able to guide us in everything we needed in an efficient way. Finally from Deeli at the entrance door and the way of resolving the transportation was excellent, and not to mention the exceptional food! I would confidently recommend this place to stay that has everything to spend a few days in New Delhi!

AC is not working. Hot. Water is not available everywhere taps leakage. Bed sheets are not properly washed. Towel is also not provided. After asking, they have arranged one which is again not properly washed.
There is nothing to say good about it, the room which is provided to me
I had a lovely experience at AVA Hotel and the location was so perfect.
Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was good in taste and enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials. Hotel central, everything we needed for a short visit to Ava Hotel. Specially Mr Aman Sharma was took my stay at very personal level. i have never seen such dedicated staff in 5 star or luxury hotels as well. A big thanks to AVA hotel :)

The hotel is nice & the staff is also good. But the bed linen was totally unexpected. They were used ones..& in bad shape. Even the towels were used one but after we asked for another, we were provided fresh ones. The location is just opposite the lane of sahara mall gurgaon, so it's good. They really need to focus on cleanliness. Rest everything good.
Fabhotels - earlier I had stayed one in Bangalore. The common features are:
1. They are situated in residential areas, far away from restaurants.
2. They must provide tea/coffee kit in the room; morning one has to wait till 8am for a tea,
as the cook has to arrive OR dress-up and walk outside in search of tea-shops.
The room was cozy, well maintained and clean. All basic amenities were present. The washroom was clean and spacious. No issues with service or facilities. The location was ideal and close to the metro as well as accessible via cabs. I loved that mattress compared to other hotels that were not as soft as you would expect.
Very well lit and clean rooms. Rajesh and Rajesh were very friendly and extremely supportive. I stayed overnight only but very much impressed with this hotel. I’m now sure of the hotel that I am staying next time I am visiting Gurgaon. And yes, I’ve stayed in multiple VFM hotels in NCR. This one is good!
The Privy hotel is in a great location in Sector 39 gurgaon near Medanta Hospital, just and on road hotel to commute easily. The room and toilet are clean and hygienic. They have a restaurant which serves delicious food at an affordable price. Good to recommend for any kind of travelers.
