This is my 4th time in this hotel, visited after 9 years and what has changed is that the rooms, service, taste of food has gone higher. They keep going up and up, they should be 50 star not 5 star hotel.

1. The location is great. We were visiting Fortis Hospital and the location of Park Plaza is a walking distance from the hospital.
2. The rooms were actually quite spacious and the TV had a good selection of both local and international content.

The hotel has a nice design and it is located in a high-end area, at 20-30 minutes, by car or tuk-tuk, from the most important attractions in Delhi (including the railway station). Rooms are clean (they are cleaned on an everyday basis). Bedsheets and towels are clean and sanitized (smell bleach) and changed every day too. Detailed toiletry provided in the bathroom (including a dental or a shave kit). The restaurant has a considerable variety of food (a la carte) and tasty preparation. Breakfast also has a decent variety and good quality food.
Located within Select Citywalk Shopping Mall, a stroll from dining and entertainment options, Svelte Hotel and Personal Suite offers well-appointed rooms and suites.
