The location was great - very close to the most beautiful old havelis.
The dinners were very tasty - real home-made food.
The owner told us a lot of interesting things about Bikaner and India in general. We didn't use his guide service but assume it must be very informative.

I have stayed in many hotels across India but this hotel blew my mind. What a service provided by the management, especially the reception staff, they greet us with " Namashkar " and complete the check-in process very fast in a minute and they also escort us to the room, we checked in at the base Booked category room as booked, but as per request they upgraded our room On full complimentary basis to superior category rooms.
We will definitely visit this place again.
