The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had booked a tiger tour with another agency that was really horrible, but the staff here were still willing to help us solve our problems, ensuring our tours worked out okay. We loved everything, the location for a start, was perfect to visit Ranthambore nature reserve, the bungalows are beautiful, fresh and very very comfy!! The staff was excellent and we were well taken care of. They arranged a gala dinner party on xmas eve and rajasthani folk dance music and fire show was the highlight of that.
Food is tasty although very oily for my liking. Breakfast spread isnt much but whats offered is good.
Location isnt too far from sawai madhopur station which is why i booked it although its inside the main road but the roads are well made and the Canter could come pick us up which was also arranged by Ma. Alpana on short notice.
