We stayed overnight and it is not a bad place. Location is great - very close to the beach and titos lane and just far enough to have a sound sleep.
Best thing about this place is thier staff. They went the extra mile to make sure we have good experience with whatever was available to them.

Don’t book “Baga beach exotica” They used wide angle photos to show as big room where it’s a 2bed with small room it’s only for 2packs where they mentioned 5guests& more over we never saw the name “Baga beach exotica” & it’s on 3rd floor without lift.1700/- per person was too much for that room.

I am very happy to visit Baga, it was such a pleasent trip. Just one advice to visiters, never book any online tickets of Sports & other activities..they will never give you what they offer during online booking so always book from Booking Counter in location.
Hi visited the property for 2 night this weekend on 19th-21st may with a friend. We booked 2 rooms and following is the feedback.
Room size is awesome. Huge rooms. The family with kids wud love the size.
Hotel location is perfect. Baga beach is just 1 km away. There is a rental scooter agency literally the opposite building of the hotel. It's a very nice family at reasonable prices.
The hotel is very close to the Baga Beach, so you can take a walk to the beach at any time of the day or night. Rooms are good & well maintained. Ac is working properly & all the other amenities are good. The behaviour of the staff is good. They respond to your request and try to comply and for family travelling to Goa, this is a safe stay I feel.
Best thing is this property is near by Baga Beach. If you are looking for a very secured hassle-free stay in Goa, then it is the right place to stay in. Very professional and friendly manager Anuj & other stuff, they provide best services throughout. They keep services and facilities on priority before money. Food is also tasty thanks to Ganesh.

I specifically chose this property only because of the location to Baga beach and its affordability.Accomadation in Goa generally is overpriced.
The property was basic- didn't feel like a hotel. We were so fortunate to be given a bigger room .Breakfast order menu was good . Rest of breakfast needs an upgrade. cakes and pastry were so bad.

In many hotels, the attendant is least bother about guests. But in this hotel, the attendant, Hemant was keep asking us if u require anything and are u feeling comfortable in hotel, which matters a lot for any guest.

Nice hotel. The credit goes to the beach which is just in front and that to the baga beach. Calagute is also not that far from there. Good markets nearby. Resturants and bars are also so close just in walking distance. Staff was also nice
