Leenane Hotel, hotel in Aasleagh

On the shores of Killary Harbour lies Ireland's oldest coaching inn. Dating from 1796, you'll find traditional home cooking, antique furniture and the most spectacular views in Ireland.

Gorgeous setting, right in front of the Killary Fjord. The restaurant food for dinner was great (lots of local produce) and there was live music in the onsite pub after 9pm. The rooms were comfortable.

Amazing family holiday with our 1 year old daughter in a self catering cottage. The beauty of it was we could get breakfast in the main house or even order dinner to have in our cottage. Couldn't have asked for more. Love it so much.

We loved everything about our stay.

We loved everything about our stay. Cottage looked small from outside but was spacious inside. We had everything we needed including Sky movies which was an added bonus. The beds were really comfortable. The views were fabulous of mountains and sea. There were lots of attractions close by including Aasleagh Falls where we watched salmon leaping. I would definitely recommend and consider staying again.
