This place is in a really good location, 20 min drive from the airport, 30 mins from Chania town, there is a couple of little shops a 5 min drive away and a large supermarket about a 10 min drive. There's some really nice beaches this side of the island.
The hotel itself is really nice and clean, you have your own beach and pool, you can walk for about 15mins over to stavros beach.
There is good food during the day and in the evening.
Our balcony overlooked the pool and the sea, could not ask for a better view at this price !

Everything was perfect, the staff, the pools, the room was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable.
The breakfast was very rich, and the coffee was excellent.
There is no doubt that I will return in the near future.

Great house with four good size bedrooms and two full baths, a kitchen, dining area, living room and nice yard with a porch, dining table and a grill. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need. Owners greeted us on arrival (which was around midnight) and attended any request or question.
Locations was excellent. Close to airport, two mini markets and several taverns. Also close to nice beaches. Sunset beach is in walking distance and is great for relaxing (beware or rocks going in/out of water). Other super amazing beaches are 15-20 minutes away. I would recommend Marathi, Loutraki, Agios Onoufrios, Seitan Limani. Chaina port is also just 30 minutes away.
We were 5 adults and a teenager staying for seven nights and wish we could stay another week...

The place is fantastic. It is very cozy. The hosts are warm and hospitable. They make you feel like you’re at home. Our luggage got lost on the day of the arrival, but Ioanna and Epaminondas made sure that we have everything we need to go to the beach and still enjoy the day. The beach is beautiful and is located only 5 min away by foot.
I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Stavros and would definitely go back myself.

This town was far enough away from Chania city center to get away from the hustle/bustle yet close enough to be into more excitement/night life. Loved the hotel and its location, which provided beautiful sunset views and clear starry nights.

We loved the beauty and nature in Stavros. There were 2 small well stocked supermarkets and 5 restaurants. The beach was beautiful and of course the Mountain which always captured your gaze- a very scenic place away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns. The Paradice Hotel luxury suites were first class and by far the best place to stay and as if that’s not enough, they have a massive deluxe extension and another huge pool opening in March 2024.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, we didn’t find anywhere else that matched the quality and prices; amazing value! The environment of the resort was lovely from the gardens to the pool area to the area by the sea with pontoon.
Could have been even better if the room had coffee/tea facilities.

Stavros is a very calm place, with a great bay to swim in, even when the sea is agitated. It's great for families, but also for romantic couples that want to disconnect from the touristic vibe.
We enjoyed the traditional cuisine in a lovely and cheap family restaurant - Zorbas Taverna.

For us the hotel was perfect, away from the beach with an easy walk. The bars and restaurants were plentiful and the food of a great quality.
Stavros is a great location for adventuring, Chania is near, the old town is a treat, monasteries and the botanical gardens were visited as well as some of the other beaches in the area. Crete has a great vibe and we will be back.
The staff are most helpful, the bed was comfortable, and the room was in perfect condition. It had a great little kitchenette, and a nice balcony.
For me the location was a first, and the hotel is within walking distance of the restaurants and beach. There are also good opportunities for walking in the area when the heat is at its lowest.
There’s a bus into Chania town which I didn’t use but I took a taxi from that area to the hotel for €35. Swimming pool was most welcomed after some hot exercise routines in the mountain areas.
We spent a fantastic week at this apartment. The whole family is lovely, they are the best hosts at Stavros! :) Fruits and vegetables from the garden, raki, homemade chocolate made our stay more comfortable by them.
We had everything for a great summer trip. The apartment is well-equiped, very clean and comfortable. We travelled with 2 children, they were comfy, too. The beach and small shops, restaurants are near. If you rent a car, you can trip a lot nearby.
We recommend it, and hope that we can return!

We went to Isla Brown Chania for our Honeymoon, straight away after wedding. We absolutely couldn't pick better place!!!

The house is close to the sea and the beach and is perfect for a couple. You have all amenities to cook and store food for yourself if you are not into eating out all the time. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, you only hear the sea and waves. The scenery is beautiful in the morning and there are a lot of sand lillies in the garden with an enchanting smell. Apostolo is a great host and very welcoming.
The best location in Stavros, everything you need is nearby. The staff was really friendly and helpful, they gave us an address to rent a scooter, and we could stay in the room until the end of the day when checking out.
Also the apartments are very clean and well equipped. The view on the beach and mountain is wonderful. It was (almost) fully booked but very quiet and peaceful. See you next time!

Beautiful place with a small Laguna beach nearby which was almost empty all the time. Hotel was not crowded so our stay was really calm and relaxing. Rooms are comfortable and were cleaned every day. In a small kitchen you have basic things to cook. Hotel offers free transfers to nearest local small market. Bar offers variety of food in good prices
the room is spacious enough, we had two separate bedrooms and a small livingroom / kitchen area. Not to cook in, but enough to make toast, coffee and keep cold drinks.

Very clean , chilled and quiet. Friendly staff. The room is quite big and it has a small kitchenette. Small sandy beach with direct access into the sea. The property gives you free access to sunbeds and umbrellas. There are taverns in area and 2 mini markets (5 min walk/1 min drive).
Lovely hotel in quiet location with a gorgeous swimming pool and a pontoon to give you easier access to swim in the sea. With a car there are several nice beaches within half an hour and local tavernas to try. Food was always excellent. Staff were very friendly. The Spa was perfect.
