I loved all of the natural stone used in the construction, which includes flooring, walkways and walls. We could see the sea from our balcony. It is a family run hotel/resort with a lovely pool, bar and restaurant that serves Greek classic dishes that are lovingly prepared by the owners. Maria in reception was helpful offering many suggestions for things to do, and was very communicative prior to our stay and offered to arrange for transportation from the port to the hotel. Also, the room was immaculate and the towels were changed daily. I wish I’d planned for a longer stay but we already made plans to visit other islands.

Location was perfect - Short stroll into Fira. Restaurant at the end of the road sells authentic Greek food - simply delicious.
Deluxe double room was fantastic, prefect size, we had pool view - simply beautiful.
Staff always happy to help with a smile.
Everything within close distance - we hired a buggy - lots of choice and very cheap. Public transport is regular. Bus stop very close to the hotel, end of the road - 2 minute walk.
Would i visit Santorini again? Yes, would I stay at Albatros again? Without hesitation.

We recently stayed at Onyx Suites in Santorini and had an amazing experience. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and close to the airport, making it super convenient. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice mix of local and regular foods. The best part was the staff, they were incredibly kind and truly embodied hospitality. They helped us rent a car, gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and were always there when we needed them. Overall, our experience at the hotel was quite satisfactory.
Firstly, the room comfortably accommodated our family of two adults and two children, providing ample space for all of us. The hotel's and rooms' cleanliness was commendable, contributing to a pleasant stay. Simply delightful! Irene and staff are very kind, attentive and competent. The room, the garden, the breakfast, the service, all is perfect. I will return and recommend. Feel at home. Simple but good restaurants nearby, good price. Mini markets, cafeteria etc. Tour in the Santorini is highly recommended also, nice places to visit, and return by yourself. Akrotiri is special.

The most amazing hostel I’ve ever stayed at! The location is gorgeous and at a good walking distance from Fira or the bus stop. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming and the breakfast is great too. There are weekly activities such as dinners and movie nights as well. Would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back in the future.

The owner was liar, he/she claimed guest stole their lamp & batteries. Please check their website, over 100 photos, none of them had lamp in the picture . I had NO CLUE, why did them make this kind claim?
They liar & made up things, claimed that guest asked them to drive guest around island, I hired taxi every day & I kept all the receipts to prove how much I paid for the taxi every day.
I have trouble to understand them. For sure, they ARE NOT honest people, NOT honest business.

Katerados is a village near Thira, with adequate facilities, small tourist shop,supermarket, bakeries, cafes, and a few restaurants. A relaxing place after a busy day out.
It is very easy to use the bus service, you can get all around the island, the buses are quite busy, but run regularly right up to 11 p.m.

Karterados is such a beautiful and peaceful area, not far from busy Fira town centre.
We stayed at beautiful Lilium Homes and it was a perfect place to get away from the all the noisy crowds. So tranquil!
The property was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It is situated right on the Karterados black beach, with access the a swimming pool. The property is managed by wonderful people The hosts made us feel at home, offering us coffee in the morning and providing
us with recommendations for activities on the island and advising us on the bus locations and times. They were also very generous in picking us up from the airport for free, and they even offered to drive us into town on our last morning, so we did not have to walk to the bus stop.
Our experience in Artemis Village has been delightful. Artemio came to pick us at the airport despite of the fact that it was 4.30 a.m and the same to back to the airport. Artemio and her wife are lovely and kind people who has made us easy and comfortable our trip in Santorini. They gave us maps and they recommended places to go and also we had a a discount to rent a car because of them.

The room was much bigger than I expected and very clean. If you are taking the local bus from the Airport, the bus will pass by the bus stop just outside the hotel. Just tell the bus driver beforehand that you are stopping at Manos. Although the hotel is about 20-30 minute walk to Fira centre, it is a very nice walk with good cafes, pastry shops, restaurants and a big supermarket along the way. I really enjoyed my stay with Manos and will certainly stay in Manos again if I am back in Santorini.
We loved the host/staff and the place. The room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was freshly cooked and prepared each morning. The place is only one bus ride to Fira and was located in a quiet area with a view of the sea. The host Katherina, her family and the staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly. They gave us free water when we ran out and towels to use for the beach. If we ever go back to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is situated at the probably most quiet area of Karterados village and Fira is a 25 minute walk away.
The host is very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was well decorated and equipped with all the necessary facilities, so was the kitchen. Breakfast (food and drinks) was available in our room.
Also, the swimming pool was very close to our room so we made the most of it :).

The Hotel Owner was so helpful in arranging for transportation to pick me up from the airport especially since I came in late. The room was so spacious and a great open balcony, it was hard to leave the room for my daily tours! 15-20 min walking distance to the center and a block away from restaurants/ really cute cafes.
She was always helpful and made my checkout easy with transportation to o the ferry as well. Loved the stay thank you!
The location is perfect to visit Santorini. Clean hotel. We slept here only one night to take the boat to Amorgos the next day but this is an hotel good also for one week if you want to stay on Santorini. The Staff is really kind. They organized all the transfer for us in different moments because was a family trip. We arrived from Switzerland, our mom from Berlin and our Brother from Munich. Thanks a lot Haritini!

It's a small cute hotel with crystal clear swimming pool. Location is very nice. 2 mins walk to bus stop where you can go to Fira or Kamari beach. Only 15 mins walk to heart of Fira. Good restaurants nearby. Host George and Stella are very very nice, and they are willing to help at anytime. They know what and how to help with the guests.
Everything was really good , clean and an amazing view on the city fira from the balcony at night , very quiet area at night , and the bus stop it’s a 5 min walking from the hotel , the poool is large and deep , and babis and his father are very very very helpfull and kind person , we love our stay at babis hotel

Not only the owners were super helpful and kind, the property is clean. They clean the room everyday and change the towels too. And it’s also close to the bus stop. Very convenient! If ever we come back to Santorini, we will definitely stay here again! :)
Cyclades staff and hospitality was amazing! They accommodated all of our room requests and we’re able to pick us up from the airport for a very reasonable price! The hotel was also very close to the main town of Fira, about a 20 minute walk.
