Transport was very timely and easily booked for just what we needed. Very convenient to Gatwick airport and train station. The room was cozy and clean and the staff treated us more like old friends than just guests. The food was excellent and the bar a warm and friendly place for a glass or a pint. Loved the location and worth what I had paid, for the most part. The bathroom is really good for the family room we occupied during our stay. Staff were really responsive and make efforts to assist whenever we asked.
