Not a lot, smelt like smoke, smoke stained bedding, and a hole in the bedding from someone smoking

not great at all! we checked in and got ready to head up to the rooftop bar- one of the reasons we decided to stay here as it looked so lovely! we went up and it’s was extremely quiet- hoping that someone would be up to serve us we waited around half an hour- no one arrived. we therefore headed to the main restaurant where the member of staff we asked about the rooftop bar was rather unapologetic. i asked should it be open, he replied with a shake of his head saying there were understaffed and it hadn’t been open all day. i was most unimpressed- surely we should’ve been made aware when checking in a few hours earlier that it wasn’t open? the menu in the restaurant was nothing to be excited about, we decided to leave and find a nice restaurant down the road which was lovely. We headed down for breakfast the next morning and the bacon was so hard you could break your teeth and pastries were stale- again not impressed we did not attend the breakfast the next day due to this as well as eating at another local restaurant rather than the hilton one. We checked out early and again decided to head somewhere else for breakfast, we weren’t given much opportunity to talk to the staff on departure about our stay. The toiletries in the room were not replenished only flannels re stocked, we had no re stock of toilet roll and the conditioner was empty. i called a week ago to complain and i was assured ill be called or emailed by the complaints department, and shock i haven’t heard anything back. i would most certainly not recommend to anyone, my dad is a hilton honors member who had been for many years and we were under the impression this hotel would be up to standard with other hilton’s and we were proven wrong. This was for my partners birthday and expensive weekend away which definitely disappointed.

Room was lovely, bed was comfortable with loads of pillows and it was clean and prepared throughout. Mini fridge with milk and plenty of room for other drinks etc, kettle & toaster also available with selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. Bathroom had large shower with and again was really clean with shower gel provided.

The gym was great and that's about where I have to end with the compliments. Unfortunately we couldn't get any treatments or even a table in the restaurant for an evening meal. The staff were mediocre, we were left waiting far to long for service in the bar and it felt at check-in that we were a hindrance.

Facilities were exceptional, all staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was presented well, and Spa/Wellness rooms were very clean and pleasant. Only drawback was refrigerator had to be switched off as too noisy in the night. All in all a very enjoyable weekend away.

The food choices for dinner and breakfast were really good.
The food choices for dinner and breakfast were really good. There was enough choice for my daughter from the children’s menu too.
I wanted my daughter to experience staying in a lovely hotel but unfortunately this wasn’t the case as we were put in the paddocks to stay, our room was extremely basic. The view was awful, the toilet made a very loud noise, the tv was disconnected so I had to call for someone to come and sort it out

Try and stay in the main hotel which has original decor and avoid the newer part of the outside block. .the outside block is very disappointing. I was originally booked into the outside block for my daughters 21st birthday and I complained. .I was immediately moved to a beautiful room .
The breakfast was tasteless and awful ..this was the biggest let down as we were all looking forward to a lovely breakfast

The room was spacious and comfortable.
The gym/steam room/sauna/swimming pool facilities were great.
Negatives
A drainage problem in the bathroom resulting in an awful smell when we used the sink or shower.
One of the cards for the door didn't work.
Not enough time to use the gym/steam room/sauna/swimming pool facilities due to check in time being 4pm and the facilities closing at 8pm.
Room size bathroom magnificent great facilities spa pool jacuzzi all good breakfast self serve was excellent parking was plentiful and there were 6 charging bays allocated to hotel guests and the charges were very reasonable for a 22kwh charger. Loved the Silverstone Bar nostalgic pictures of legendary F1 drivers past and present

Great location, nice food and drink (book a table as busy). Staff could not be more helpful. went for a nice walk, that took us to the back of Silverstone. Great country location and lovely venue. would highly recommend for a stay.
The waiter on the evening of arrival (Thomas) was very well mannered, incredibly service minded and also very helpful. He's a real asset to the hotel. I must say that the dinner was overall really good as well.
Nice hôtel, quiet and perfect for my stay. Thank you to my hosts for their warm welcome. The breakfast was perfect, my room very clean and it was easy to check in and out. I will come back for the next year :)
The cleaning was constantly throughout the day in all
Areas of the hotel bar, restaurant, spa and rooms
The spa numbers of guests were very low which gave some piece of mind of covid preventative measures
The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of Whittlebury Hall where we had an event. The room was lovely, especially the bathroom, large and with a window! Breakfast was of high quality.
The hotel grounds, the festive decorations, the friendly staff and the room. The breakfast was good quality and a lovely experience all of the staff were very professional.
Hotel was excellent, with great leisure facilities and an amazing pool. Great bar with friendly staff, an OK bar menu overmatched by the lovely decor and surrounds.
