I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with you on Wednesday evening. I only wish I had more time to relax as I was working at Euridge Weddings not far from you.
The young man at the bar was very helpful and took my order for a small cheese board which left for me in my room for me when I got back from work, it the eco pod - Moonbeam I think. Only snag no knife in room for said cheese. I loved the view of the green house and kitchen garden.
I was able to have a starter from your lovely menu before leaving for work that evening which was delightful. It was the Dall and home-made flat bread which I really enjoyed, just what I wanted, and it came a couple of little home-made onion bhaji ‘s which I wasn’t expecting, all delicious, thank you kitchen team 😊
Breakfast was also delicious and what a lovely menu, cheery service as well, thank you all.
The overall ambience of the Pear Tree was great, very relaxing, nice staff and customers alike.

Great place to stay and full of so much history. We loved the atmosphere of the pub and the design of the rooms we had. We rented four rooms and they were all together across the street rom the main building. The had a charm and comfort we very much appreciated. The diner was amazing! The pies were incredible. We loved staying here.

My friends and I had no other purpose than to spend time together and, (apart from a delicious lunch at The Pear Tree - 5 mins walk) we spent the entire 3 days in the garden and house. If you want a few days of peace and privacy, with whatever you need just a quick text away, then this is absolutely ideal. We loved having the horses hang out with us too. We cooked all our meals there, and there was nothing we couldn't find in the kitchen inc. salt, pepper & oil. Great shower, comfy beds, lovely decor - Lagard stables had everything we needed and more.
