The hotel was just what we had been looking for. The facilities were clean and in good condition, nothing over the top but suited our needs for the one night stay. The property was refurbished I believe in 2019, The room we were given was superb, en-suite facilities with Jacuzzi bath, separate shower, We booked in on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed, no problem the Cheviot pub 50 yards down the rd, Breakfast was excellent, Staff very helpful.
