I was visiting relatives in the area. Warlingham village has independent shops, good pubs with restaurants and a large supermarket as well as an express supermarket. There is a village green where many activities and events are held, most of which are free to attend.
Parking can be difficult at times and is mostly on road.
Very close to open countryside but also very hilly in places as this is Surrey Hills!
