The house was absolutely beautiful, and the spaces in it open to the guests were wonderful. Our room had all the little conveniences that made a guest feel spoiled. Breakfast was delicious, and the grounds provided a great area to listen to all the birds going about their morning routines. We only had a quick look at the river nearby, but if we had more time, it would have been a perfect spot to while away the day.

The hospitality of the owner was outstanding. The place was nice and comfortable with an interesting history. The food was AMAZING! we enjoyed the pizza, chicken fingers and soup of the day which was tomato; then the breakfast was AMAZING too, with French toast, scrambled and over easy eggs
