The staff member that checked us in and out (same lady) was wonderful.
She didn't know I'd just come from a funeral, and was patient with me as I checked in on my own, with my little one asleep in the buggy, and I couldn't remember half my details.
And was very warm, friendly and had a great sense of humor as we checked out and my toddler was tearing around the foyer.
