Staff is very helpful and friendly. They ensure we got all that we need. Its old building but preserve well and renovated here and there, so you feel comfortable. The room is also spacious considering the cost. Its very near to old trafford stadium

Breakfast was great with lots of options. I was expecting to be able to get egg omelet, but I was told the hotel don't do that. It was okay.
Bathroom is clean. The edges of the bathtub is white and clean. Pressure of water is great. Staff were helpful.
Location is great with the mall and a bus stop by the hotel.

My wife and I had a really great time staying at this hotel. It's a few steps outside of Old Trafford and we had a great view of the stadium from our room. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location made going to our stadium tour and visiting Old Trafford a breeze. The hotel also held our bags for a few hours while we did the stadium tour, even though we had already checked out. Would definitely visit again.
