Although the room was a little small, it was quite satisfactory for a night or two. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness very good. The vegetarian breakfast was excellent, as was the egg mayonnaise sandwich with salad and chips. The bar is friendly and during 'Wacky Wednesday' the beer is cheaper to buy. I had the impression that 'Locals' frequent the bar, which is a good sign too. Parking spaces are plentiful, which given the location is essential.

Attention to detail, with there being a fridge in the room which was stocked with fresh milk, wine, beer etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. The owners were very welcoming and nothing was any trouble.

Everything! We were greeted by Sam as soon as we got out of the car. She was warm, welcoming, and took an interest into why we were visiting. The entire property was clean and quaint and the bedroom and bathroom were huge! She also made us a delicious breakfast before we headed back to London.

Would not recommend The Den at the Auburn Fox as hoovered whilst we were having cream tea and felt more of a nusiance to them rather than paying customers

The bridge hotel is on the river nene which is lovely.

No heating in my entire stay, room not cleaned for two days, had to find the cleaner to organize my booked breakfast. This was very unpleasant as I ended up with a rotten cold. But find it very strange as stayed there previous many times & all not bad. Also I’m a overseas traveler.

upon arrival i was shownto my room where the room was filthy!! i complained and was offered another room which also was not up to standards, i asked for a refund where i was told that wouldnt be a problem, i am now being told i cant have th refund as they believe the room was perfectly fine, the room was nothing like the pics they show on the website these were clearly taken a very long time ago. avoid!!
Had a very friendly and welcoming reception from the manager who also had a great sense of humour. The room was lovely and clean and beds and pillows were really comfortable. The bathroom was beautifully tiled and seemed to be newly refurbished. There was a nice bar and the manager opened it up specially for us after a latish night party. The breakfast was really nice and plentiful. We were allowed to check out of our room in our own time and in no hurry at no extra cost. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and friendliness.
Lovely 4 night stay, room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Central location in thrapston town centre with everything you need within walking distance. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.
Everything was alright in the property apart from the shower. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Great little spot to stay for a couple of nights. Management went the extra and provided an additional heater for our room
rooms recently done up, owners currently working through the hotel so bar and restaurant looking a bit rough but looking at the finish of the rooms, it will be a lovely spot to stop with a good curry house round the corner!
very friendly staff member . Christian was so helpful. Breakfast was great, you could help your self to full English. They even had smoked salmon!
The hotel has been refurbished making it more modern.
I loved the freshly cooked breakfast. The hotel restaurant and bar where set lovely and spacious so you had plenty of room. The rooms themselves were also quite spacious with very big tv's
