The property is close to the airport, but there is nothing close to the airport (almost liked a deserted place). The room is damp and smells. I asked the owner later to provide shuttle service to the airport, but he never got back to me.
Also, when we left at 5am, we closed the front door, but the owner claimed that the front door was unlocked and they had to send someone to secure the door without any proof. Now, they dare to request 100 pounds of damage, which is insane. There is no damage. I cannot pay without any proof. They had to send me proof and they had to show me that they paid someone 100 pounds. They just want to blackmail travellers.

For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best.
They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount?
Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money!
Booking.com did not alert me that the property would deduct such money before check In, I would have not booked it.
It was an unpleasant experience in recent time❗️

Absolutely appalling - room was filthy, no coffee/tea amenities, no towels, no hot water, shower didn't work, mattress and bed the worst I have ever seen or slept on - an old divan with the wood poking through, old mouldy quilt, pillows and blankets under the mattress to attempt to make more comfortable I guess - this didn't work - I still woke the following morning with chronic back ache and the worst night's sleep ever!!!
Was advertised as a restaurant with full facilities - no restaurant and the bar closed at 2030 despite locals requesting further drinking time.
This venue needs to be removed from Booking.com - false and untrue advertising and will give booking.com a bad name. Photos attached to listing with same feedback - you know the saying - a picture tells a thousand words. Enough said.

Very nice host.
Very nice host. Clean, quiet and cozy room on the first floor, facing the garden. Close to Heathrow airport. Paid transportation offered by the host from and to the airport. The place was perfect for one night stay before our cruise. Great communication with the host before and after our stay. Ate in the neighborhood at one of the recommended places. Quiet area with very nice people.

Showers were very poor and uncleaned. Room 1 should be removed until it has been refurbished especially the bed and toilet area.
Room 2 was okay and the bed was comfortable and had clean bed linen but the public shower was a disgrace and should be cleaned daily. This area needs to be cleaned and repaired. The shower appeared to have no cold water so beware. A quiet place generally and good car parking on site. shops etc close by. The pub had no facilities to serve food as the kitchen was out of use.

It said free airport shuttle service, I had to pay 34 pounds up front to book a taxi.
The charged me 50 pounds to clean the room after they said we smoked their , which we didn't, the sent a photo of a coffee table with smoking stuff on it, it wasn't our room.
The bed was a cheap one, every time we move the noise woke us, so please if u want somewhere to sleep stay away from this place.

I requested for a change of location or better accommodation or a refund.
There was no response.
I had to move out to another Hotel at my cost.
I managed to spend only the first night and moved out on day 2 to Ibis London Heathrow Airport Hotel
I wish I can report this case to the regulatory body to prevent rip off of innocent guests of sub-standard hotel accommodation.
The facilities are far below minimum standard for the United Kingdom.
It was a fantastic stay. This is a residential home where you have access to the kitchen downstairs. Unlike many hotels where you must familiarize yourself with the bathroom and electronic appliances, the owner has provided handwritten notes alongside the appliances to guide you on their usage. Additionally, the host is highly responsive
Getting in was not problematic. Needed bit of guidance, which we got over the phone easily.
Location was just about OK, on the map it seemed close to underground station, but was actually a 25 min walk, Bus stop not too far, but buses were infrequent.

We went as a family group to visit Thorpe Park and Legoland. The house is in a perfect location for both of these attractions. Easy parking and a short walk into the village of Stanwell, with its three pubs, several shops and a quaint church. Sleeps. 13 in 5 bedrooms . so we didn't need the sofa bed.
this was the worst hotel I have ever gone to stay at. it was dirty, unsafe and unkept. I sent pictures through to OYO asking for my money back because I didn’t stay there in the end and they told me that I can’t have it. MASSIVE NO, don’t stay here

I loved the location and the ecclectic style of the lodge. It was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Quick walk to food, pub, ATM, and store. Paul was very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend The Lodge Stanwell, and if I'm on that side of the world again, I will be going back.
The location was good, easy to find...the space was excellent in the house.. beautiful house, especially the kitchen and dining area..the rooms were.clean and cozy, bathrooms were clean. Parking was good enough for 2 cars
Generally a good place for a huge family
The room was large, comfortable, well laid out, clean and it had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a b&b or hotel. Also the property is ideally situated, close to Heathrow but not under the flight path. The owner was very courteous and helpful.
The young lady who helped us at check in and also helped us get a meal at 7.30pm on Xmas night was very kind and helpful. Hopefully The Stanwell know what a superb asset she is. The food was also fantastic so thanks to the chef (s)
The owner was friendly and accommodating, even though I arrived quite late at night. The room was clean and newly refurbished. This is one of the cheapest hotels near Heathrow airport.
The hotel was good but sadly there was a party and i had uncontrollable children kicking my door and running screaming down corridors till 1am and i was up at 4 am for a USA flight.

Original reason for choosing was distance from airport but standard fare for 2.5 mile taxi trip was £40 so should have upgraded to nearer the airport and a better hotel
