The location was great for my needs. Having stayed at other locations during my stay, we felt the price was a little on the high side for each night. For less of a price at others we received a full english breakfast. The room also was clean but not sparkling.

Upon reading some of the reviews, I was quite skeptical to book the room, especially as I was traveling with a 5 year old kid. But for 44 pounds, I thought we could try it and if we didn’t like it, we could just get to another hotel. The hotel met my expectation just fine. The check-in process was a breeze. The lady who checks you in is very kind and understanding (unlike some of the bad reviews). She gave us a room with 3 beds as I had a child with me; we chatted a little bit and she was definitely the HIGHLIGHT of our stay. She has been with the hotel for a decade and is an extremely kind and knowledgeable manager. The hotel and the rooms are old but very clean. The linen, the towels and the room was spotless. We had hot water; a kettle with tea and coffee. Plugs are not in perfect places but keep in mind its an old building. The location is right in town center; 5 mins walk to a Waitrose and 10mins walk to the train station. I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Keep your expectations aligned with the reality that it’s an old hotel and you will be fine.

Very, attractive hotel interior, staff friendly and efficient. We loved the room with its view over the runway! This was fascinating. The toilet with shower room was beautifully and tastefully organised. At breakfast there was a very pleasant atmosphere not often found in hotels and we found eating alongside airport workers and pilots as well as fellow travellers to be a lovely mix. Having the lounge seating in this open plan setting with the dining area provided a relaxing and interesting place to await the time to leave. We will be happy to return.

Staff were friendly, helpful and informative even very nice about us checking out late. Room was clean, shower worked perfectly. We checked in at 4am so didn’t get up for breakfast but have had breakfast at their other hotels and it was always delicious and the staff have no problem getting more food for you if something has ran out. I would recommend the hotel to anyone

I am furious that I cannot ring Ramada as their seemingly only phone is either ringing and no one answers or saying. Out of service. Tried their head office and they insist the only phone number they have for the hotel is the same one. Nobody there could help me. The receptionist that booked me filed completely . Was offered wake up call , never arrived so I only woke when cleaner turned up , missing out on shower, breakfast and late for appointment. Asked when booking in if my car was OK where it was parked and told it was ok. Now been sent a £100 fine as apparently receptionist should have informed parking company that I was staying there. I know it was after midnight when I booked in but that shouldn't affect the service I received. Need help but cannot find out who to contact and how. One very unhappy customer.

A wonderful surprise after having spent the whole afternoon travelling down to Stansted airport. The warm welcome and friendly staff immediately took the stress out of my early morning flight the next day. A drink at the bar served by charming people in a relaxed atmosphere and beautiful decor and a quick but tasty meal was just what I needed

Do not expect a 5-star hotel despite the 5-star prices. Newly refurbished premier rooms have lovely, friendly, soft beds.
Using deep, fluffy carpets in very long hallways is a mistake as it can be challenging to pull suitcases over them.
I only use this hotel because it is right next to the terminal, and my flights to Denmark are often ridiculously early,
You get two bottles of water in the minibar. Why it is not possible to run a minibar service in 2024 I don't know.

I liked all over the stay. Staff was polite, professional and friendly. Room surprisingly big, with comfortable bed, walk in shower with all toiletries, towels. Tasty breakfast. It was a bit cool food but I usually expect cold food when is buffet style meal.

It was an enjoyable stay, albeit a short one. Edi & Dan are wonderful hosts and were quick to respond to our questions. It was everything we’ve hoped for. For those planning their trip, I’d highly recommend staying there. It’s close to the airport, but we didn’t hear any airplane noises whatsoever, or any noises for that matter. I suggest you take a train from Stansted Airport to Stansted Mountfitchet, as it’s about 7 minute walk to the property, as taxi might be pricey (we paid £45 for this short ride).
The hotel is clean and the staff are very welcoming even at midnight, the transfer from the airport is frequent and the £4 fee is payable by card (it wasn't the last time I stayed). The room is clean and fresh, the water pressure in the shower is good. But then there is the bed oh my god the bed, whenever I stay here it is for travel which usually means it is a short visit and 3 hours in those beds is as good as a week in some hotels. 11 out of 10 for the bed, well done premier inn

We landed at Stansted Airport late evening, so just needed a cheap bed and breakfast, but were blown away by this excellent find.
Everything was exceptional...the room, the location, the cleanliness and the hospitality.
Then there was a beautiful surprise of the Linden's decor, as we went down to our Lovely breakfast. This hotel is stunning!
The decor and ambiance are quite the best we have experienced.

This is a perfect hotel for a one night stay before a morning flight. I liked my room - I took an upgrade of the room and got a nice view to the airport runway. Good WiFi, good TV for using with your laptop. I liked the restaurant. The menu is not too extensive but you can find a dish for you. Bar is nice with good choice of drinks. Lovely hot breakfast. All clean and refurbished. An excellent location for the airport travellers. I do not have any complaints.

We have a flight early in the morning the next day, we took a bus from city center to airport and then take the bus line 309 from airport to the hotel. The other day we took a Uber at 6 AM from hotel to airport, cost around 20 pounds, in the morning there were lots of Uber nearby
Ideally situated for access to Stansted Airport, just a 10 minute drive. Free parking at the hotel; just key in your vehicle registration at the reception desk. Rooms comfortable, staff very helpful and a dining area with a good choice of food. Would definitely choose this hotel again.
Excellent location for stansted airport. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast amazing . Staff friendly. Restaurant not open on Sunday night but we had a lovely meal in Stansted Mountfitchet. All in all made a lovely relaxing start to our holiday . Will definitely use again .
Nice and convenient airport hotel at Stansted just a short walk from terminal. The furniture in the rooms is a bit outdated but bed was comfy and I did not hear any planes. For a one night sleep to catch an early flight it is very convenient.
Great location for an early flight from Stansted. Also great for Budget and Avis car drop off as office is in the hotel. Shuttle buss to airport every 1/2 hour. Cafe/bar in hotel, breakfast easy too and bonus, bed was comfortable.

The hotel was near the airport and the shuttle bus service was useful, though there was no information on the hotel website about the timetable, the location of the pick-up or the cost of the ride.
