Staines was close to the attractions we wished to visit (Legoland and Chessington) and had a range of takeaways, restaurants and shops near to our accommodation. Parking was available locally and it made a good base for travel.

Lovely location near the river Thames which was nice to walk by in the morning and evenings. Good local area with shops and restaurants and the train station goes straight into London. Really easy to access nearby transport links and Heathrow airport too.

We stayed in Staines because it's close to Windsor and we were visiting the castle. The view of the river Thames from our hotel (The Swan) was lovely. It was interesting to watch so many different boats, kayaks and barges passing by. We went for a short walk around the hotel and everything looked clean and very serene.

Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames.
Hotel has lovely views right on River Thames. Staines Town shops are poor. Plenty of eateries everywhere. Interesting buildings if you look for them, but shopping is going downhill fast. I used to live here & notice the difference. If you love the river, you will like Staines-upon-Thames & you can walk a long way on the path.
This was self catering so no breakfast included.
The property is an excellent size very close to Staines mainline station. There are shops within walking distance and everything is close by.
The property is well equipped and I was able to cook my own food with ease. Fridge freezer, microwave oven and cooker all included. The apartment is huge and would be ideal for a traveling couple who wanted to explore the nearby area. Overall excellent and Joseph was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
We stayed at the hotel because we were helping move our daughter to Royal Holloway Uni so our expectations were to have a simple hotel. We were really happy to be at the Boleyn Hotel because of the location. It was close to the river which allowed me to have a couple of morning walks.
Regarding the bed the cover could have been les heavy because we were hot during the nights.
Breakfast was very nice with fruits, yoghurt and omelets on request.
The apartment is exactly as pictured, modern, bright, and spacious. It is in a quiet area and very secure, including secure on-site parking. The location is excellent, literally 2 minutes' walk to the train station from where one can be in central London in just over 30 minutes. Very detailed and helpful instructions on how to check in and out and how various appliances work - some with short videos. The host was also very responsive.
Everything! The room was well presented, clean and full of plenty of choices for breakfast from a variety of cereals, croissants, bread, fruit, yoghurts, and lots of choices for drinks, both hot and cold. It was just wonderful, better than a hotel room as everything was on tap, no hassles or stresses!
The host was just lovely, too, and so helpful that she's literally thought of everything. Which made the whole stay just perfect!
A really nice quaint old pub/restaurant/hotel set right on the river. The manager was perfect, he couldn't do enough to make us feel more welcome. It was a pity we were using it as a base rather than staying in house for New Years Eve, as he put on fireworks, a casino night. He's only been in charge for 18 months he knows his job, excellent host.
Great location close to centre of Staines but handy for M25 and for visiting local attractions.Modern well equipped apartment with secure parking(real bonus in this area),spotlessly clean and host(Linda)very helpful from initial booking and through our stay.Definitely would recommend
The location in Staines was great. It was very near High Street and right around the corner was a fantastic food court. The house itself was spacious and comfortable and the facilities well kept. Finally, the service was amazing, questions were answered promptly.
Attention to detail- amazing self serve continental breakfast. Spotlessly clean and calm and quiet. This is by no means a hotel - it is an awesome BEd and Brekkie- but it puts almost all hotels to the test.
The hotel is in a great location with a nice big car park. Our check in was straight forward. Rooms were quite large for an old building and were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and plentiful.
i love everything about the House Owner, She's polite, kind Hearted &&& Helping by nature! Must Book You'll get each n every lil facility over there which you usually don't get in the Hotel...!!!
The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet so a good nights was had. Great location as not far from Staines shopping centre and train station.
The location was very central in Staines and it was an easy walk to all restaurants and malls. The apartment was airy, spacious and had all the amenities for a long stay.
Home away from home! All the amenities included that you need from tea and coffee to washer/dryer. Lots of space. Never a problem to park unlike local hotel chain.
Very nice location. Check-in staff friendly and efficient. Felt safe whilst in the hotel and in my room. The breakfast and the serving staff were excellent.
